• Madden 26 is trash (Madden in general) First off the company can improve by remembering their consumers exist. Nothing we ask for is ever implemented in the new games I don’t know why people like me buy every year just to get disappointed. Madden has been a thing for what? 30 years now. Still no PI unless you are usering the DB. I could go on a list of things that are extremely asinine but there is very little sense or realism in these games. I have a QB in superstar mode and I am a 4th year starter and with all of the upgrades that I’ve put in my QB has broke his only sack this season. Make that make sense. I have Madden 06 on my 360 A 20 YEAR OLD GAME and it’s still more realistic and it looks like back then yall actually cared about consumers. You guys put very little effort into every year just slightly better graphics and new rosters. Also I am an Eagles fan and even I say that Saquon doesn’t break 7 tackles a play. I don’t even know if Marshawn Lynch broke 7 on his big play but I may be wrong. I’ll give yall this tho. You guys did grow from Madden 24 Yk the game that you guys made every DB able to make the greatest plays of all time for an interception jumping 20 feet in the air. Any coverage was a pick that game. Also idk how many times in the nfl I’ve seen a receiver make a great catch on the ball and then throw it straight to the ground cause a db tapped him in the back a little but that sure as heck shouldn’t be happening as often as it does with my x factor receiver. Also no reason why my QB is a slower runner than every single d linemen I’m playing against. My QB is only in his 4th year he’s a power runner with great speed ran a good 40 yard on the combine (cause I’ve noticed that that somehow decides your speed over the dang skills I put points in to upgrade when I created my charecter which is also asinine) and none of that is shown on the field at all. Also another thing (kind of more of an ocd thing) if yall are going to do that CFB 26 road to glory transfer to madden 26 superstar make it make sense. Don’t put me in the 2025-26 season because I already played through 2029 in college simulate those years. I could go on n on. Recievers stopping mid route in coverage while I’m still trying to find an open pass sometimes even improvising to the side of the field that I’m not running towards offensive lineman stopping in place (ik in that situation I’m prolly getting sacked but at least try and run after the dude) the fact that you guys at the beginning of the year (before we knew what the jags were gonna do) having the rams and jags at the same overall at 83 y’all need to get Ocho out of there he don’t need to be deciding ratings. Honestly why have a player doing the ratings at all make it a dang coach or something not an egotistical player that won’t even admit that Revis island locked him up. I mean come on you guys can barely get anything right. I ‘fumbled’ the ball with AJ Brown when he didn’t even make a football move. RPO alert QB draw ends up catching an ineligible reciever downfield flag 9 times out of 10. But anyway. 20+ years and you still have players running into each other and then running in place when they collide. Cant forget that when I try and throw to at least get the ball out when I’m about to get trampled my quarterback pump fakes it. Trash game. Trash franchise yall are absolutely pathetic in every aspect I would just sell it at this point I swear Ubisoft or sum would somehow make this game more realistic. • I want to discourage everyone from buying FC games.I’ve been playing for a long time — since the Ultimate Edition back in 2019 when FIFA was still FIFA and you actually enjoyed the game.Now we had the TOTY promotion. I opened thousands of packs — with coins I completed every possible SBC pack. Thousands of player picks packs of all kinds. I used every single resource on them. I even spent FIFA Points.Not even a trace of a TOTY not even the chance to enjoy that beautiful animation. But honestly even if I had packed a TOTY player I wouldn’t have enjoyed the game — only the moment.What I’m trying to say is that this is where it ends for me. This game is absolutely brutal

• This game is absolutely brutal. The goalies are terrible the amount of glitch goals in this game is insane and the goalies either play like a prime carey price or a homeless guy off the street with no in beetween. The refs in this game call the dumbest penalties I have ever seen. The amount of penalties I have gotten for hitting the air next to a player or just skating around after the whistle is insane. 3v3 EASHL is unplayable. It is just wheels spams and glitch goals. Having to play goalie in this game is awful the amount of times it has auto hug the post or I have been in perfect position and the puck just goes through me in insane. I wouldn’t even buy this game for my biggest enemy. Playing this game would be a considered a form of torture in medieval times. NEVER and I repeat NEVER buy this game under any circumstances even if it is being sold for 1 cent.

EA and their customer service are horrendous

• Ive been playing EA games on and off since the 90s. Turn the console on load up the game and play. I played FIFA and Madden for years and years. Its been awhile since Ive played Madden but I wanted to see what Ive missed after some years. Apparently though EA really doesnt want my money? I need to login with my EA account... Okay fine. Except my account is tied to an email I no longer have access to because the domain shut down. Theres literally no other way around that issue besides contacting support... (That is a HORRENDOUS issue). I didnt even care if I used that EA account. I would be happy playing under a new one if it let me. Yet it doesnt...So I go online and get connected to Ayush. You would think I was trying to access classified documents from the Whitehouse with how many questions he asked. I understand the point of making sure Im the rightful owner of the account but EA literally has you answering 10 questions 4 forms of ID and 4 screenshots which have to be taken on a PC. After waiting for his responses and almost being done with the screenshots 45 minutes later he says are you still connected with me?. Before I can even respond he disconnects. That says itll disconnect after 10 minutes of no response. I was gone for 2 MINUTES to take the screenshots since I wasnt by my PC. That was 45 minutes wasted to attempt to do the simplest thing of signing into my account to play a game of Madden. EA might be the dumbest gaming company out there and they hire the worst customer service workers like Ayush to help you.I literally tried to give them money and they said no thanks. So EA wont ever get my money for a game again I guess.

• EA SPORTS already had 1.1 stars out of 5 on Trustpilot. What can i add ?:) I am old played Fifa since the first instalments and they lost me gradually: this greedy but not intelligent company transformed playing football with other gamers into a disgusting place where everything absolutely everything is toxic and just wrong: they teach kids from the start of their lives to GAMBLE they teach them to be toxic to waste time to open crates instead of playing football the server connection is terrible year after year they do not solve the reported issues etcetcetc. I stopped playing years back and i gave them one last chance. Thats it.

FIX THE GAMEPLAY

• I have played Madden ever since I was a kid. This is the most ridiculous game I have ever played of Madden and we are in 2026. Simplify the game again I’m not sure what “favoring performance” setting is but the game runs like shit. Every response time from a player to scrolling thru the menu seems absurdly slow. The game is just unbelievably buggy and unrealistic for a company trying their hardest to make it “simulation or real-life based”. Let alone all the new stupid stuff that has been added to the game how about make the gameplay good first. Maybe stop taking on projects to make the company richer such as new games and make your already franchised games worth playing. This shit literally pains me to want to play. The gameplay is so unbelievably bad words cannot describe it. Slow careless buggy in a multi hundred million dollar company this is the product you put out. I think I speak for everyone when I say we would rather have a game with less useless features that no one cares about such as staff abilities in franchise and actually good gameplay in all aspects. I feel tired of buying the game and expecting something different yearly but this year was noticeably bad.

• Simply another disappointing title in an otherwise iconic franchise. The last 5 or so years have been an absolute decimation of their character and quality. The gameplay somehow gets worse every year and the customer service offers less and less for the awful product they put out. Its a shame people just like me line EAs pockets every year just hoping for something worth our time. Date of experience goes back to the second the game dropped. Awful - abysmally awful company.

• Wish I could Give less than 1 star. They don’t even deserve that. Total scam. Received fc26 code through Amazon as a gift. Was supposed to be for PlayStation 5. Redeemed the code in EA sports app but couldn’t locate it. Tried customer service chat since you can’t speak to someone directly. Useless. Asked the same question 3 times before getting an answer. Kept saying ‘we see you redeemed the game in the app’ 5-6 minutes between responses. Asked for a refund can’t get that either since it was through Amazon. Amazon says ask EA and EA says ask Amazon. Now can’t use the game and can’t return the game. EA sports is the worst app and customer service. Don’t waste your money.
