Evobet is a SCAM - Confiscating deposits and winnings without proof!

• I am warning all players to stay away from Evobet. They are a rogue casino that steals from their customers. I deposited $280 and played fairly. After my balance reached $492.11 they cancelled my withdrawal and deducted $386.11 from my account for no reason.They even stole $174 of my ORIGINAL DEPOSIT! This is a direct misappropriation of funds. They cited Term 12.10 but provided zero evidence. I have officially filed complaints on AskGamblers and CasinoGuru (Case pending).I will not stop until my full $492.11 is returned. Avoid this site if you dont want your money stolen!

• I was in loss for the most part on thier site ; i won a little didnt even cover my losses they made my life hell to verify my account to be able to withdrawAfter which they deducted all my wins for no reason. when i asked to clarify the issue they said their decision is final without any explanation.

• I strongly advise not to play at this website. Made 30€ deposit to site and ended up winning 970€ after making withdrawal request my winnings were frozen and told i habe used bonus funds which i have not. After 30 days of dealing with this and asking for proof they keep answering the same email where they tell decision is final. Even when i ask them how they got to such kind of decision and proof of bet slip id showing i have used bonus funds they keep ignoring. Last email they advised me to contact their licensee in Guaracao and gave contact to them. So i did contact them and got answer that they are not operating anymore as a licensee and so it seems this casino has no licensee as their customer support gave me contact to non-operating licensee. 😀 Chances of not getting any winnings paid out from this casino is extremly high be careful.

• As others have stated dont play on this terrible terrible casino. If you win anything they accuse you of breaking Terms of Service yet you dont. They do this to avoiding paying out. There gambling license regulator wont do anything as they state its between the player and casino. Crazy.

• I have tried to withdraw abot 700eur from this website after sending all the documents i was asked to send. After i couple of days i recieved this email:We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of 6.80473 NOK has been removed from your balance due to the breach of the following Terms & Conditions: 12.10 Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any winnings and forfeit any balance (winnings and deposits) in your betting account to terminate the Agreement and/or to suspend the provision of the Services or deactivate your account if: i) we identify you have disguised or interfered or taken steps to disguise or interfere in any way with the IP address of any Device used to access our Site (such as using a Virtual Private Network “VPN”) ii) it comes to our attention that the customer used forged documents (photos scanned documents screenshots etc.) during the verification procedure or in any point time the Agreement is active iii) there is a reasonable suspicion that you have committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse either on your own or as part of a group iv) you are involved in any fraudulent collusive fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation or you use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the services provided by the Company.I was provided no information of what i had done wrong specifically and i have not broken any of the mentioned terms and conditions. Basically Evobet decided to steal my money. Do not use this website if you dont want your money stolen. I will remove this review if the case is solved and I recieve my money.

Evobet removing my balance

• Terrible site. Should be avoided. Tried their sports bets due to a good sounding bonus. Managed to meet the wagering criteria of the bonus got the credits. When I then tried to withdraw the money they declined it and has not told me the specific paragraph I broke. (I did not break any terms for the bonus). They instead refunded me my initial deposit which is 1600€ less than I had won with their bonus. An absolute joke of a site.

• The worst betting site experience. They have been cancelling my withdrawals for months always requesting more and more documents. The moment you deposit money there you will never see it again. 100% scammers.EDIT: After 10+ documents sent and withdrawals rejected for months I threatened them with legal action and told them I have already contacted Curaçao E-Gaming commission and they paid me in full.

Stay away from them. Live Chat is not working too. All red flags. They are scammers.Update: Sep 23They finally paid out. I again complaint to live chat that Ive been waiting for over one year for my security review. Again I got the same excuses. I dont know what helped. The fact that I asked them if they think one year for a security review is reasonable or that I then said Im going to log a complaint with the CGC which I did after the live chat was finished. But the same day I got an email from Evobet that my security review was approved and that I can make a withdrawal. I then did the withdrawal and got my money a few days later. Never again!!
