- New customer. Had a small winning sports bet £14.67 ! Didn’t pay out and chased them. No progress. Tried to close account and still have an account despite deleting three times. Diabolical site- don’t use. They will keep your money regardless. Something should be done about these new sites. Getting away with anything they like and make it impossible to get a remedy. Even writing a negative review is difficult with no easy links and then they challenge the authenticity of your review. All part of the business plan to rip off customers.Response to reply: It was a sportsbook bet on your site not your Casino section. Everything above stands. Horrendous site and you ripped me off. Its as simple as that. Pity you dont treat your customers as seriously as a bad review. You certainly moved quickly on that. Stay away everyone. You will be treated badly if any issues.
