Because of this drastic drop I had to wait weeks to receive my winnings. During that time I ended up losing $1000 of it back to the casino and only walked away with $1500.Three weeks ago I won $10000 and contacted FairGo to request an increase in my withdrawal limit. I explained that waiting 20 weeks (5 months) to receive my own money is not only excessive but also highly unfair and unethical ā€” especially for a long-term high-volume player. I requested an increase to $2500 per week ā€” a very modest ask ā€” but was denied without explanation.I then arranged a phone call with a FairGo representative and again requested just $1000 per week. Once again I was told that management ā€œcouldnā€™t do thatā€ with no reason provided. They claimed my account would be ā€œreviewed dailyā€ but nothing has changed.Itā€™s become clear that FairGo is penalising me for winning. Their strategy seems to be forcing players to wait long periods for their own money hoping theyā€™ll lose it back to the casino in the meantime. I find this tactic unethical exploitative and completely unfair ā€” especially toward loyal long-term players like myself.I have bills to pay and things I needed this money for ā€” and I earned it legitimately. But instead of being treated with respect Iā€™ve been stonewalled delayed and ignored.And yes ā€” the name might be FairGo but there is absolutely nothing fair about this.FairGo needs to be held accountable for these kinds of practices and people have a right to know about the unkind and unfair tactics being used ā€” not just at FairGo but also very likely across their sister sites Ozwin and PlayCroco as well.
