Terrible technology

• Terrible technology! There were multiple game reboots and then trying to return to game did not work. Result was quickly losing funds. To make matters worse trying to report the issue through their “live” chat was a total waste of time. Stayed in the queue for a significant amount of time and finally gave up. Money lost and time wasted. Go to other sites that provide reliable platforms.

• I should have reviewed the complaints before signing up. I deposited just over $3500 and managed to get my balance to $6000 before initiating a withdrawal. The following day I attempted to check the status of the withdrawal and discovered my account had been locked without warning.I was informed by customer support my account was placed under a so-called “Safer Gambling Review” and that I would be contacted shortly. Instead I received an email from a separate accounts department requesting proof of deposit which I provided immediately and in full.It has now been nearly two weeks with no contact no explanation and no progress. Multiple interactions with customer support have produced nothing but scripted responses stating the review can take an indefinite amount of time and that withdrawals will not be processed until it is completed—despite being told otherwise prior to initiating the withdrawal.I will allow this matter until the end of the month to be resolved. If it is not I will file a formal complaint with the operator and escalate it to iGaming Ontario without further notice. Legal remedies will also be pursued if necessary.At this point the lack of transparency and indefinite withholding of funds raises serious concerns. This $6000 withdrawal will not be ignored and the cost of continued delay will far exceed the amount being withheld.

This takes time and is not very user friendly also gives them an excuse to say its not clear enough or a proper file. Same as other sites play ojo or betty doesnt pull this kind of crap. They will require a bank statement that has their company name on it which matches a deposit...problem is banks dont list out information like that on Interac transactions. They know this and use it as an excuse not to payout winnings. Other crooked sites (Bitstarz) have done this to me as well.Note that its no hassle deposits and they are very happy to take money from your account but somehow its impossible without verification for them to payout to the same one....yeah sure.This site is a scam. • Do not use this site. It is apparently regulated by the AGCO and I gaming Ontario but clearly they have the lowest standards possible cuz all they care about is money. The site makes an incredibly easy to deposit but as other people have said they will hold your money hostage if you try to withdraw. The entire setup of the website is to make it almost impossible to find out any information about withdrawing and anything you need help with has to go through a multi-step email process that takes over a week. In order to verify your documents they give you multiple different emails to send them to which is incredibly sketchy. Many Canadian banks will not accept withdrawals from them because they have such a poor reputation making it even harder to get your money out.

• I requested a withdrawal for 455$ CAD through Interac 48 hours ago it still hasn’t been approved even though my interac account is verified under my name. I made a previous withdrawal before this one that they said failed when transferred to my visa. I honestly had enough of these casinos taking customers money but when you would like your funds they do not want to pay. • This casino just out right stole my money. I deposited $50 was playing roulette and a message popped up and said I need to contact support. So my bet was cancelled. I contacted chat support and was on the chat for 23 mins and I said I didnt want to be wasting my leisure time on a chat that had no substance or reason to have me contacting them and the resolve was I would just withdraw my $50 and close my account. Shady/issue resolved

• I initially signed up with a $100 deposit with their bonus offered I had $250 total to play with. It was impossible to actually win any money because I had to complete over $10000 in wager requirements. Once I ran out of that money I made a second deposit of only $20 and made sure not to take any offered bonus money. I won a big bonus of over $300 on a twenty cent bet and tried to withdraw $275. I received an email saying my winnings had been confiscated and my account closed. They are saying my deposit will be refunded of $120. Thats way less than my winnings. I do not recommend anyone use this site.**UPDATE**After countless emails and lengthy chats the issue has been resolved and my winnings were reinstated and withdrawn to my account.

I had won $600 before changing to higher bets unaware of this sneaky plause 9 cashed out at $1100 and they confiscated and just gave me my original $80 deposit back.
