• I initially signed up with a $100 deposit with their bonus offered I had $250 total to play with. It was impossible to actually win any money because I had to complete over $10000 in wager requirements. Once I ran out of that money I made a second deposit of only $20 and made sure not to take any offered bonus money. I won a big bonus of over $300 on a twenty cent bet and tried to withdraw $275. I received an email saying my winnings had been confiscated and my account closed. They are saying my deposit will be refunded of $120. Thats way less than my winnings. I do not recommend anyone use this site.

I had won $600 before changing to higher bets unaware of this sneaky plause 9 cashed out at $1100 and they confiscated and just gave me my original $80 deposit back.

Then you have to deposit again.. so if I win 10.000 using bonus funds that 10k will apply to bonus funds only not available to withdraw. Also never got 1st time sign up free spins.. such a scam..

Withdrawal Nightmare!

• All withdrawals stay in pending state for 48 hrs. They only offer 2 methods to withdraw to: ecashout and the card you deposited from. In my case they disallowed the ecashout method and told me I had to withdraw via the method I deposited with—my debit/credit card. Told them my bank disallows this. They didn’t care. Had to cancel pending and wait another 48hrs JUST to prove it won’t work. Decided to deposit a small amount via Interac so that option would be available to withdraw to: nope. That would be too beneficial to the customer. Waited 72 hours and still no processed withdrawal. Live chat told me an email as sent a few days ago requiring documents even tho I’m fully verified. Well I never got the email. All this time my withdrawal stays in pending state as they’re hoping I’ll lose patience and reverse it.Update: Mar 30. The casino will not pay me my withdrawal money ($8000). It’s been a week. They do not respond to any of my several emails. I have submitted: proof of deposit two months of bank statements photo ID void cheque utility bill. I have heard nothing back. I’ve submitted two complaints to AGCO. No response yet. I’ve submitted complaints to Firevegas complaints dept. they tell me they’ll send me a substantive response in 90 days. If you win money at this casino—short of getting a lawyer kiss it goodbye. • I love the games at this casino theyre payout rates seem to be better than other casinos. They are lacking in selection of roulette and live games. Their customer support is efficient however I have one problem with this casino. When I did my first withdraw the money was in my account in 36 hours mb then they change the form for doing the withdrawal I originally attempted my withdrawal on the 16th was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to do a manual after that 48 hours it was still pending its been pending now for over a week which is totally unacceptable for a withdrawal most of their competitor casinos withdraw the money from the account within hours if not minutes but for some reason theyre unable to tell me my moneys been on pending since I initially started this withdrawal process.
