• I requested a withdrawal from Frank Casino on June 5th 2025. The withdrawal was marked as approved the same day. However as of today — more than 6 days later — I have not received the funds.I have contacted their support multiple times via email Messenger and Telegram — but they have completely ignored all my messages.This is not the first time I play at online casinos and I know that other casinos process similar withdrawals in a matter of hours or a day at most.Frank Casino’s behaviour is unacceptable — approving a withdrawal and then not paying it out is misleading and damaging to players. • I would like to leave my review about Frankcasino and my wonderful experience. Basically I always choose Casinos where it is easy to get money out so when I use Frank casino I usually Skril or Visa for withdrawal. As stated they say 24 hours is the maximum time of waiting however all my withdrawals have came pretty quickly and I never waited the whole 24 hours which is a good time frame anyway!

• Made a 100$ dep got a bonusm opened spme bonuses. The winings were not credited to the account and when talked with support they said the winings will not get credited as it was considered a bonus huny....just let this sink in a casino that does not pay bonuses on slots is mind blowing.
