- Giving them 1 star is too much. I tried to deposit Ā£90 into my betting account. They took the money from my bank account but it never appeared in my freshbet account. Spent 5 or 6 days emailing only to get generic emails back saying my money is safe its not lost and they are doing an investigation to make sure this never happens again. I sent them proof of the transaction only for them to say that actually they didnt have my money and the transaction failed. And even though my bank says its gone it hasnt really. WTF!!!!! They are thieves. Every transaction has a different company happen and is taken in Nigeria. Do not use. They are not governed by any rules so expect anything.
