- I will change my review if its resolved. Got 5 free spins won 55 pound. But they wont pay it . The message after spins said within 2 hours. Its now 12 hours later. Been on live chat showed proof of the win .the game the date . The bet id etc what they needed. Chat had me on there over an hour . Were very unhelpful. Told me will escalate but theres no time frame. My first deposit too. I would have made so many more as im a high roller .very bad experience. - Deposited a few hundred in total win and tried to withdraw £160 today and they blocked my account because they were trying to be responsible and ‘protect my integrity and safety’ and that it was nothing to do with my account activity at all. Yeh right protect my integrity and safety after you have paid my rare winnings and before Im allowed to deposit three times my withdrawal request.

- Terrible. Their offline games such as blackjack is purely rigged. Their support is usually mega useless. They Arent reading what you are typing. I once made 7 bets on a football match for about 500USD all bets won but was suddently voided after the win because they offeret enhanced odds in that moment and it was a mistake. IF THE SITE MAKES A MISTAKE IT SHOULDNT EFFECT THE ONE BETTING ON THE GAME. You make a mistake you take responsibility i lost about 400 usd on a winning match. And then they gave me 50usd to compensate? Are you freaking kidding me. Mistake after mistake on this site its been horrible and service are even worse. Dont recommend this.
