Do Not Use This Platform
- I deposited Ā£94.05 into my FreshBet account on 02/05/2025 and it has not reflected. I have sent all the required documentation to prove the transaction came out of my account. Every time I contact live chat I get the same generic answer your investigation is ongoing and we will provide you with an update via email. IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK! I am worried I will never see that money again. Do not use this platform!

- Giving them 1 star is too much. I tried to deposit Ā£90 into my betting account. They took the money from my bank account but it never appeared in my freshbet account. Spent 5 or 6 days emailing only to get generic emails back saying my money is safe its not lost and they are doing an investigation to make sure this never happens again. I sent them proof of the transaction only for them to say that actually they didnt have my money and the transaction failed. And even though my bank says its gone it hasnt really. WTF!!!!! They are thieves. Every transaction has a different company happen and is taken in Nigeria. Do not use. They are not governed by any rules so expect anything.

- Absolute joke cashed out Ā£170 by bank which I still havenāt received then went to cash out Ā£60 which I received I then got a balance of Ā£300 which I tried to withdraw and upon doing so I was faced with a message āwithdraw pendingā so it wouldnāt let me take it out so I was waiting and waiting AND WAITING still nothing at which point I carried on using the Ā£300 which would of been very helpful as times are hard but Iāve now ended up losing it all due to the stupid site not allowing multiple withdrawals at once which thereās absolutely no reason to not let you withdraw multiple times I would defo avoid this company at all costs I thought at first I would give them a shot but if Iād of know that then I wouldnāt of bothered

- I have been battling back and forth with them for days.They let me open up another account with my name and DOB even though I had closed one a few months before that because I explained to them I had a gambling problem and not to reopen my account atall and not to let me use there website! But anyone with a gambling problem will know that not all the time itās as easy to say no when they let you set up another account and deposit into it! I have explained to them how I am very annnohed and that they shouldnāt have ever let me set up an account I wouldnāt get my winnings out of! This website is a big scam!
