They dont let you unsubscribe
- I decided to unsubscribe in December 2024.In the app whn you cancel the subscription you are taken to a not found pageIf you delete your account they still keep the subscription that you werent allowed to cancel.So its now March 2025. I cant logon to their webpage or app and they are still happily taking my money.Avoid this games provider.

- I trusted this trading platform and invested 250 dollour in the month of November 212024and opened account the man called ragave who introduced himself as trading advaicer after opening a/cwith in 15day he told me he is going to close my a/cI asked him why he said your financial position is not stable or otherwise you should not withdraw the profit for some time and i agreedmonths passedmy a/c showed balance of 19000 dollourthis time I told him I want to withdraw money from repair my house and asked me how much you need I said I want 50%ok I will send some forms and asked me to fill it and send it to him a did as he told me to dovery next day he asked me to trasfer 50 000/rupees for converting the currencyi. Told him I dont have that much money but he insisted I have pay it with in 48hrs your money will be deposited to your bank a/ci trusted and transferred the money very next day he asked me to pay another 50000/rupeesI asked for what and i transferred 50000/allready he said this money is for tax to the government I did not have any more money to trasfer I told him this but he if dont have money nyou will getting money from the trading platform and he disconnected after few days I try to login my trading platform but its closed I called on their whatsapp no my calls decledi sent a message one lady answered and said the the person named ragave is left the company and she is not giving me any other information or replay in this I got cheated by this trading platform ios of my own money 750dollours

- Its the best there is for playing bridge at any time. Good for beginners and good for experienced players. Is it perfect? No each week I have some deals where the bidding is not yet perfect. Still realy a lot of people play >10.000 hands per year.

The site regularly goes down
- The site regularly goes down sometimes for hours on end and theres never any hint of apology or regret. This can be particularly frustrating if youre playing in a tournament and end up at the bottom of the leaderboard because youve been unable to play some of the hands. On the positive side the customer service team respond quickly and politely to messages but they dont actually do anything to provide any form of redress or compensation - it should be easy for Funbridge to add free-to-enter tournaments with the chance to win some of the site currency (diamonds) to make up for the technological failings. Another problem is the bidding description guidelines are often at odds with the way the computer actually bids...you can report these situations (I have done frequently!) but theres NEVER any hint that anything has been done in response so there doesnt seem to be any effort to correct these errors. The game play is good when it works and maybe one day Funbridge will finally deliver a reliable site.
