• Played the free wheel a couple of months ago and won the £50 cash prize clicked the play here tab but no nothing appeared in my funds so I thought maybe it’s on one of the other sister sites but no nothing was there couldn’t find it anywhere went back into the wheel and it said I’d already played today. Spoke on live chat explained what had happened to which the live agent responded “ did you take a screenshot? “ I said no because why would you? Anyway they said there’s nothing they could do. Pretty disappointing really because they do have a vast selection of games and are relatively reliable when it comes to withdrawals.

They repeatedly ask for the same documents government ID photo of front and back of bank card proof of address sent them everything 3 times and they just keep sending me the same email back. Sent both drivers licence and passport and still not good enough. Asked them to send balance of the account back to the card I paid with and they keep sending me the same copy and paste email....

• You win on gala but if you use your winnings to play again you wont win big until they take all the previous winnings off you.I played ultimate fire links and you need to avoid the game it doesnt payout as the fire link simbols block your chances of winning. And even when you get a full link it doesnt do anything it collects a multiplier that dissappears. I spent £16 on the game and won about £3 off over 80 spins.Also you play £10 and you opt in to the reward wheel dont be misled into this as the rewards are rubbish.
