- Avoid this casino like the plague! Promotions are misleading designed to lure players in with false promises. Its astonishing that this can be a legally licensed platform. Moreover their support staff prioritize encouraging further deposits over genuinely addressing player concerns useless and unhelpful. They conveniently blame you for not being aware of their hidden deposit restrictions which seem deliberately concealed and difficult to spot. These restrictions unfairly limit you even as a new customer making your initial deposit essentially pointless. - Need reporting the customer support tried putting my monthly limit amount up from £40 to £100 then dont support you in a problem situation. The well well well wheel caused failed bets yet the support team felt this did not happen funny how it has happened to me and others only happened when a bonus was due so after playing for 30 minutes a bonus came in and my bet was rejected. Fixed clearly them to say it didnt happen is shocking as a player. I feel the RTP RNG are rigged how can a random number generator pick number 1 for 30 minutes!? When asked told in a script how they are monitored and I can go away and read how it works! So if the wheel paid out number of bonuses in the morning chances of hitting anything to keep the fun funds going is dead!! Blocked on foxy gala coral ladbrokes until I gave them info about my income and out goings! Then 4 weeks later blocked accounts again asking for same information. I asked if I was at a casino would I be required to show them my income savings and outgoing seems ridiculous to me!! Likely as I am a 10p betting girl and they dont like that to be fair Ive withdrawn more than I deposited overhaul someone said when that happens they will try to vindicate you and block you from playing eventually.Well in my 8 months of going and playing Ive been blocked at least once every 6 weeks they harass me by phoning and try to manipulate my deposit limits even said why not put the full £40 in and this will save multiple transfers well no I play how I play the limit is for the month not a damn day!! Again I was called later by support team to explore my comment marvelous how quick they call me yet slow to return the money absolutely shocking experience the whole platforms are exactly the same customer support so I blame all the platforms ! Only told sorry with each contact! So when again they blocked account for another comment which if they did their research first I spent 20p and lost 20p on a game and said oh no its taken all my money!! Pathetic again wanting income outgoings savings! Told them they have these from 4 weeks ago said to close accounts if they need them again support said without them the accounts (all) will be closed! I did not object as the frustration was not worth the experience No fun no joy no support harassment manipulation and told basically I was telling fibs about a missing bet well Im not here to get rich just a few fun funds never again. Also I played and complain about return to player of 4p yup 4p from £4 again sent speel of their RTP and RNG .. glad the frustration will no longer be in my lifetime wasting

- Played the free wheel a couple of months ago and won the £50 cash prize clicked the play here tab but no nothing appeared in my funds so I thought maybe it’s on one of the other sister sites but no nothing was there couldn’t find it anywhere went back into the wheel and it said I’d already played today. Spoke on live chat explained what had happened to which the live agent responded “ did you take a screenshot? “ I said no because why would you? Anyway they said there’s nothing they could do. Pretty disappointing really because they do have a vast selection of games and are relatively reliable when it comes to withdrawals.

- 0 stars. It takes a lifetime to get a scatter its like 1 per hour 1 every £100 wasted. I’ve wagered 1300 and my biggest ever win was under £20 I’m quite shocked at how bad it is. It makes no sense for random games to just all be the same all way below rtp every day every log in. Literally everything is a huge loss. The luck is just permanently bad on these things can deposits £100s without ever having the chance to even withdraw £20.
