• I have been a customer for circa four years and whilst I wouldn’t consider myself a “high roller” I have been a loyal customer and deposit on a regular basis. I really don’t believe it is the fault of customer support staff but they are clearly working from a script and I end up feeling like I’ve been “fobbed off”.I even logged a formal complaint about a certain issue 7 days ago and received an email advising me that I would receive an update/response within 24 hours and I’m still awaiting the promised “update/response”.Gala generally used to be much better and I don’t know why they need to keep making these supposed “improvements”.Surely they must realise that their business wouldn’t exist without customers/members making regular deposits etc?! I might be wrong but I get the impression they just want to cut as many corners as possible including outsourcing customer support to an Indian call centre where these people are probably being paid a low salary and don’t actually know about the games/promotions etc as they literally just have a script to work from. It’s disappointing to see a well known brand deteriorate in such an epic way. I genuinely never had my recent issues when I first joined.
