• Lost a few hundred dollars playing big bass bonanza and Stumpy McDoodles. Got a spin deposit bonus on Elvis Frogs which paid a bit over $22 with which I returned to the aforementioned games and finally hit some nice bonus rounds (over $500) Shortly thereafter they clawed back $400. Support tells me that money won from bonus spins cant exceed $100. I say fine but I didnt win the 500 on Elvis Frog I won it on other games. Her answer was basically too bad thems the rules. What a ridiculous scam. Had they clawed back the $22 i won from the bonus theres no complaint but taking winnings from games Id been losing all day is akin to cheating the player. Buyers beware. Never participate in deceptive bonus schemes that claw back money from games unrelated to the bonus. Total scam.

• I get emails saying I have free spins from the casino and they don’t work. I play on it I put money on the casino all the time. • This site is an absolute joke. I loved it at first. Was upgraded to VIP. I’ve been online gambling for over 5 years and have played on many sites and spend over a million so I’d say I am a pretty good judge of casino sites. I was given a no deposit bonus to which I started playing on Alive Megaways slot. I bought a bonus and was only a couple spins in when the game kicked me out and said error. I took screen shots of this. I went into the chat and they told me the usual troubleshooting etc which I did and still it would not work. So they informed me it would go to the technical team. Okay sure no problem. 24 hours later I received to update and still could not finish the bonus I was also unable to access other games as it would not let me until I finished my previous bonus which as I mentioned would not let me in and kept saying error. I took screen shots of all of this and included times. I finally emailed today including the screen shots and I was told that after thorough investigation it was decided I had played the bonus and finished the round. Like are you kidding me. Why would I still have money in my account if I was even able to play the other games. I’m super frustrated and just want my money compensated from the unfinished bonus and access to withdraw as I no longer will be putting a cent into this casino.
