My worst casino experience

• My worst casino experience. After spending thousands I contacted live support on closing my account. The cs did not succeed in that in live chat instead they keep spamming emails and disabled my account from having any bonuses. The games seem to have low rtp and rarely when I have won they wont process my withdrawals some have waited up to 24 hours.I have been in contact with customer service several times and once again about closing my account. The agent clearly not speaking my native language is using translator to communicate with me and every reply in live chat took several minutes. They offered some bonus for the previous losses and bad experience. But in order to get them they asked me to finish KYC. I agreed to it and tried sending documents through their website but the files wouldnt upload. I had to fill in the info several times and take new photos bevause the website was broken somehow. Also sometimes when I play games the website just logs off randomly.Anyway it has been almost a week since I have provided all the information for KYC but I havent got any bonuses they promised unable to claim any deposit or cashback bonuses and even the withdraw didnt seem to work in time so I ended up playing (losing) even more. In other casinos the withdrawal works in one minute when using Trustly but not in GalacticWins casino.With such terrible experience I cant recommend this casino to anyone.

• Lost a few hundred dollars playing big bass bonanza and Stumpy McDoodles. Got a spin deposit bonus on Elvis Frogs which paid a bit over $22 with which I returned to the aforementioned games and finally hit some nice bonus rounds (over $500) Shortly thereafter they clawed back $400. Support tells me that money won from bonus spins cant exceed $100. I say fine but I didnt win the 500 on Elvis Frog I won it on other games. Her answer was basically too bad thems the rules. What a ridiculous scam. Had they clawed back the $22 i won from the bonus theres no complaint but taking winnings from games Id been losing all day is akin to cheating the player. Buyers beware. • I get emails saying I have free spins from the casino and they don’t work. I play on it I put money on the casino all the time.
