• I get emails saying I have free spins from the casino and they don’t work. I play on it I put money on the casino all the time. • This site is an absolute joke. I loved it at first. Was upgraded to VIP. I’ve been online gambling for over 5 years and have played on many sites and spend over a million so I’d say I am a pretty good judge of casino sites. I was given a no deposit bonus to which I started playing on Alive Megaways slot. I bought a bonus and was only a couple spins in when the game kicked me out and said error. I took screen shots of this. I went into the chat and they told me the usual troubleshooting etc which I did and still it would not work. So they informed me it would go to the technical team. Okay sure no problem. 24 hours later I received to update and still could not finish the bonus I was also unable to access other games as it would not let me until I finished my previous bonus which as I mentioned would not let me in and kept saying error. I took screen shots of all of this and included times. I finally emailed today including the screen shots and I was told that after thorough investigation it was decided I had played the bonus and finished the round. Like are you kidding me. Why would I still have money in my account if I was even able to play the other games. I’m super frustrated and just want my money compensated from the unfinished bonus and access to withdraw as I no longer will be putting a cent into this casino. • I wouldnt recommend this rip off site to anyone! I have been a member for a very long time now. I have reached platinum. On my 1st withdrawal I was asked repeated times to send documents to be verified which I did. This took over a week for that process. When finally they said my documents were verified but could only withdrawal $2400 in total per week. So this took over 6 weeks. Now my 2nd withdrawal and they are again asking for documents why I have a postal address PO BOX number and a physical address. Obviously 1 is a postal address and the other is where I actually live! They also asked to provide photo id along with a picture and video of me holding my ID saying my name address and DOB. Ive done this now 4 times in a week. So far this has only taken 7 days and counting! They are SUPER FAST to take your money...yet SUPER SLOW to pay out (if your lucky) if you win

• I wish I could say this was a great site. Problem is it is a play money enterprise. If you deposited your real money (say $100) and you lose your money is gone. Say they offer you a bonus (ten free spins if u deposit $10) and you win say $200 like I did don’t think you are getting that money. I tried to transfer it and was told that it exceeded the bonus of 10% and they took it. Yea that’s right they did not send winnings and only deposited the $10 back to my account. House always wins.
