After hours on phone with their NON SUPPORT I have yet to receive a dime. Wonder how much cash they stiffed players who trust them when they say you didnt win. Steer clear of this rip-off.

• I never buy scratchoff tickets but since it is Christmas I bought a lot this year. I bought 5 $30 several$20 and $10 tickets this month and didnt win so much as a ticket. • Im true lotto player. Im from Florida where you buy a ticket or 2 you win. Not here in Georgia. I think the Georgia lottery should be investigated because theres no way that you buy tickets and have absolutely not one winning ticket. I can understand here and there yeah thats to be expected but not every single time.. Trust they are aware of this just not enough complaints. So the state take in is high but the giving back is very slim to none.. I bought a book of $25 and 7 $20 tickets and not one of them were winners.. It comes as a surprise to see this and not the 1st time Ive experienced this.. the 1st time I thought it was just the store so I switched up and tried Publix and same results. • Screens games of games we on which I win are now blackened out. Not when playing the try nor any other game but this one which paid out some money. I was cheated

• I was cheated. I should have been refunded when the machine didnt work after it accepted my money. When I put the money in the Fort Knox machine my credits didnt show up and it kept saying waiting on the machine to add $20. It said something about doorsclosed that I didnt understand. I asked the clerk about what to do and she was really rude and no help. She did give me a number 4 the people who repair the machines so I called them. They respond they r not responsible for refunds either and suggest I come back the next day when the tech arrives. R they kidding me? It is located right off the interstate where people r mostly just passing thru. I think the clerk knew all she would have to do is reset it after I left and she could use my money. She didnt bother to go see which machine or put an out of order sign on it. I would not have played it anyway if I had known they dont give cash payouts.Why is that not allowed since u get cash payouts 4 winning scratch offs? Doesnt make sense at all. I tried to contact the lottery directly by sending 2 emails but they must block complaints because I looked in my sent files they were not there.

• Why does customer service reps always answer with an attitudetalking all hard and such.. that is a sure sign that somethings not rightseems mighty fishy to me! • Georgia lottery scratch off tickets are the biggest scam going in Georgia right now. Some tickets actually say that people are winning so if the most you win is a free ticket or a prize so small that you can’t treat your kids to McDonalds. Then the winning amount is meant for you to buy more tickets. And believe me that’s not winning that’s keeping us on a hook like fish. I wish I didn’t have to give that 1 star in order to voice my opinion. I’ve decided it’s best to leave the pretty scratch off tickets alone because I have a better chance of being struck by lightning.
