- Im a fairly new player here at Goat Spins Casino and honestly dont think I will even continue playing here. As everyone makes mistakes nobodys perfect. I had made a mistake. I received a email stating that I can try out the casino with a minimum deposit of $1 so I made a $5 deposit. After everything was said and done is when I had realized that I had made a mistake. The $1 deposit was supposed to be for Betty Wins Casino not Goat Spins Casino. My deposits only turned out to be for $2.89 and it may not be much but believe it or not I have gotten lucky one to many times with a balance that low quite a few times and ended up cashing out over $1000. So I had explained the situation to them and they could careless. All they care about is more money and there minimum deposit amount being $10. I kindly asked for a one time acception for my deposit to be released as its my first deposit and at this rate probably my only deposit chat support denied doing it I had sent customer support and email as well as pitboss littlery over 15 hrs ago and not one response from either one. I had exp that to chat support as well and all they want to do is to continue to be rude demand more money and then get an attitude and tell me well it is Sunday so you need to be patient. Excuse me its a casino for crying out loud just because its Sunday its not an excuse as to why I havent received a response. I play at several other casinos and the longest I had to ever wait for a response back was 30 minutes other than that its always within 10-15 minutes.Atvthis point I understand there minimum deposit amount but like I said Im just trying out the casino and dont know if I will be making any further deposits. So at this point irregardless of the situation it doesnt give the casino the right to keep my funds over me not meeting there required deposit amount and me refusing to deposit more when I have responsibilities to handle its called adulting.

- I really like this casino except for one thing...Mandy is there. She already got taken out of the chat at another casino for being rude to people in their chat causing them to lose players and it looks like now shes found a new place to do the same thing. So you will either: A. lose your customers or: B...your chat will become a place where she is constantly bullying your customers. Shes already acting like shes the boss. - So I got an email about goat casino closing okay not a problem hate to see go love to play there but I had problems with him in the end like balance is disappearing slashing in half and so on. Now Im trying to either play out what I have left to get it up to withdrawable amount or just withdraw the funds I have left over not being allowed to do either one for what they tell me there or no games available left to play and to submit an email to support to be able to withdraw my funds which I have gotten no response from. - I dont think there is a worst site than this they lore you into thinking that site is legit and great for high rollers.Went on site deposit 3k USDT went all the way up to 17k USDT.
