• After registering on this site I deposited €250 and used a €50 bonus bringing my total balance to €300. After winning the games my balance reached €13700. After meeting all the wagering requirements I requested a withdrawal via SEPA but it wasnt transferred to my bank account. The next day the administrators nil-paid my account balance. This is a complete scam.

Deliberately promotes itself as Non Gamstop to prey willfully on vulnerable people registered on the Gamstop scheme. In fact does not appear to hold a licence for any jurisdiction. Transactions are miscoded/money laundered to various retail and entertainment businesses. Appears to be completely fraudulent and criminal. The positive reviews on Trustpilot mist be fake and follow the algorithm of paid for made up reviews. (Trustpilot you need to investigate this).I am reporting to UKGC Mastercard and Gamstop and advise other victims to do the same as they have powers to take down the illegal ads of Goldenbet as well as choke off their payment services. Scammers !

• I have had a goldenbet account for around 3 months which I used here and there. Yesterday I won a football accumulator bet and when I tried to withdraw my winnings I was met with please verify your account first. I went through the process and was shocked when I went back on to check the status of my withdrawal my account had been closed down. After emailing back and forth all communication has stopped. Surely they can’t just close your account and keep my money ? I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this site. £1750.27 owed to me that I will never get.

• If you win money it has to be over £50 to withdraw. 90% of the games dont work in the UK. Connection to the server is awful. Keeps losing connection every 5 minutes. Slow to load.
