• I have admitted to a gambling problem. I signed up here and realised again that it was all a rip off little wins unless youre wagering then you get decent results but cant withdraw it. I asked to self exclude for 5 years. It wasnt actioned until 2 days later when I asked again. For someone with a problem just meant I could spend more. Instead of acknowledging and excluding straight away you have to email in and its up to the site to block or not. Most sites allow a self exclusion immediately.

• Had a 5 team accumulator 4 teams won one game was postponed waited two days for vet to be settled to then check and it said LOST the game in question was abandoned on multiple score sites aswell as offical club sites saying the game would be played at a later date even 3 days later there is still no official result anywhere I even contacted the club via email to ask if the game had been played behind closed doors and there reply was the game was abandoned there was no official result. • I just want this to serve as a warning to people. I had £2000 in my account. They kept sending me offers of bonuses. I always declined these offers as the amount you have to stake is usually ridiculous so its pointless. I accidentally accepted this offer and it made my balance up to £2500 in my account. I immediately messaged them and said that I did not want this bonus and could they remove it from my account. They said no. I then looked into the bonus itself. It takes your first deposit and it adds the same amount in casino bonus money. You want to hear how much you then have to stake before you can get any of your money back? £35000 pounds. Thats the original deposit plus the bonus money multiplied by 35. So I thought okay Ill withdraw my £1500 but no I get a message saying that until I have wagered £35000 I cannot get access to any of my money. I messaged them asking why I cannot withdraw any of my money and they just said because thats the rules. So basically you could deposit £10000 with these pirates and if you accept one of their scandalous bonuses then they then own your money until you somehow manage to stake £35000 pounds. This has genuinely broken me in all kinds of ways and Im finding it hard even getting out of bed in the morning. I attempted to stake £35000 and I got to about £9000 before all of my money was gone. Please let this serve as a warning. • Uk players.Spent several thousands on this site and only too find out that they do not hold a licence in uk for uk players to play but uk players arent even supposed to be able to set an acocunt up yet they taken all my money even though they know im from uk ands illegal for them to take our money.It’s a scam there no protection of players funds and there is a massive case against them from Australia they are on their final warning. I’ve deposit around £100 ( in multiple £10 and £20 transactions ) had a few winning bets and a few losing ones in some occasions they offer you £3-£4 free bets if you lost original bet . • Disgusted lately just added no limit city games but the min bet Is set at 40p not 20 like everywhere else. The RTP for the games is off massively with no limit and hacksaw. Played here for years with no issues but lately theres nothing but problems from providers not loading at all to games cutting off mid way through spins making you reload constantly. Starting to become a right joke of a place to play.
