• Wish Id have read the reviews before using this casino. Until reading that it would take 7-21 days for withdrawal I was enjoying using the site. I deposited £20 and opted for the welcome offer of £80 bonus and 100 free spins. Well after all was said and done I managed to actually beat the bonus with £829 left over after I completed wagering. I requested go withdraw £800 and burnt through the other £29 playing slots.Now I was happy this morning knowing in a few weeks a nice £800 would hit my bank just in time for Christmas but after reading the reviews Im not gonna count my chickens just yet. Hopefully I get the £800 and if thats the case Ill count myself lucky and never use the site again. However Im pessimistic and will likely never see any winnings.If thats the case Ill put a fraud alert to my bank and try claw back the £20 atleast.

• I would give no stars if I could and I wish I had read some of these reviews 1st. Absolute scam been waiting for my £90 withdrawal for a month now and every time i go onto the chat I get fed the same lies and when I call them out they end the chat. Six months later and still nothing!

• Six months later and still nothing!I logged on just five minutes ago after six months of my original withdrawal request. I must have spoken to them about 100 times during the six months. Always nothing. Saying it takes 7-21 days. I repeat it has been six months. I log on by chance a few weeks later and my funds are back into my account-my casino account. £484. I had put £1000 in. They were happy to take that. I withdrew it again-at least I tried again. Went onto the live chat and then whoever it was said the funds were back in my casino account because the withdrawal got cancelled in August. I went to withdraw it in MAY and it is now NOVEMBER and there is no way it should or even could have been cancelled! It is literally six months to this day!

Refuse to acknowledge request

• I have asked them numerous times to close my account permanently but they just ignore these requests and put a random free bet amount in my account. Normally that would be great but when I am trying to stop betting it doesnt help.

• I’ve been trying to withdraw 100 pounds (which I won) to my bank for nine months now! Had three withdrawal attempts: 10th January 10th April and 10th August this year. And the money always bounced back to me after waiting for three months in each occasion! Even though I put my bank details correctly! The bots from support team kept saying same thing over and over advising me to wait patiently; and yesterday they told me that the withdrawal got cancelled due to circumstances outside their control and asked to withdraw again. This is an absolute joke!!!!!! I don’t wanna wait for another three months just to find my withdrawal bounce back again! Yes it is a scam and I’ll be looking for ways to get my money back

• Absolutely a scam site.Has changed its name 3 times. Goldenlion. Goldenlion1 and Goldenlion2.Takes payments from some scam outfit in Nigeria and now a scam outfit in Estonia!AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. Up date. I reported the payment to my bank and asked for a charge back for my deposit because a scam site. Bank refunded me in full. Suggest everyone does this that will sort these scammers out!

• I sent a withdrawal request on April 10 2024 almost 3 months passed but the withdrawal still did not arrive. Tech support repeats the same thing (due to the high transaction volume we cannot complete your request) and simply closes the chat. I will contact the Schweizerischer Konsumentenschutz (SKS) and file a complaint against this casino. If you have the same situation I advise you to do this too.

Got to the 2 month mark way past the 7-21 days they state it takes to check your withdrawal and was sent an email asking to resubmit using an alternative payment method as there system was unable to process using bank transfer. Now another month on still the same response in the chat and no replies from the contact email they provide which they state is the only email for the company. Avoid guys massive scam!

You cannot query this because the so called customer service team are rude just give cut and paste responses then cut you off. • I had a withdrawal request accepted for £200 and I received it within 2 days and now I have another withdrawal request for £180 from the 27th may 2024 and still haven’t received it! Has anyone else had this issue ?
