- where to start.... so if you are using this site its probably because you are on gamstop and gorilla wins is not part of this. i have a gambling problem and have spent alot of money on here. i ask to self exclude myself and im told we have past this onto the relevant team or please contact this email address this has been going on for 6 months. when gary finally messages he tells me hes credit my account with Ā£50 no help stopping. thats like asking for help quitting drugs and the doctor giving you crack. over the thousands i have spent i have had 2 successful withdrawals of Ā£100 each. i have made complaint to the gambling commission my bank and relevant partys they are looking into this. i urge you to all do the same. all they have to do is block my account if they want to mess around i will let the government and gambling authoritys deal with it.

- After seeing the reviews I was very sceptical whether I would receive my payout or not however it generally does just take longer than most casinos although they do say 7-21 business days I did received my payout after 5 days (including weekend) the Ā£455 I won was in my bank. Yes customer service isnāt the best and thatās why they lost a star I did send an email and I didnāt receive a reply until I emailed them again asking for one however all in all not really that bad so for the people who are saying itās a scam or they havenāt received there money I think this might be down to them not following the KYC properly and or arenāt sending them the correct Documents
