- So ‘gary’ (VIP manager) kindly gave me credit for putting in a lot of money and winning nothing it’s easy to give credit when you’ve won nothing that was put in and a significant amount of my money let’s say £2000 no wins. This system used to pay out it doesn’t have any cash in the system - hardly any bonuses and wins of £6 when you pay £10 a click. This is a scam. Please try somewhere else I will. Wish I’d checked game reviews tells you it ‘fake games’

- Scam casino. Trust me they wont pay you if you win. Been waiting for £90 now for 3 weeks and counting. They have set up everything very clever to look legitimate even as far as online support.I just stumbled across another website called goldenlion.bet this website was identical to gorilla wins. for an experiment i made an account and did not deposit one single penny and decided to talk straight to thr chat bot and request the status of my withdrawal even though i was not waiting for a withdrawal and I got the exact same generic response as gorilla wins gave me telling me that it can take 7-21 days bla bla bla.Trust me there are actually legit NON GAMSTOP casinos out there (mystake Rolleto velobet) thats just some of them.Ill be contacting my bank to try and get my money back i suggest we all do the same so these scammers dont win.

- Genuine uk player. Have just requested my second withdrawal. My first withdrawal of 1000gbp was processed in 3 hours so hoping that this is the same. Edited review- still no payout and I dont hold much hope this time. They say 7-21 working days however I feel like if they havent paid out within 3 you are most likely going to fall into the unlucky ones that just dont get the pay out. Its a shame really because I am a regular player so would have happily played here but the casino just really lets itself down. There is definitely more money to be made by being reputable as people will return. I will of course update if I do receive the funds

Withdrawals shouldnt take ages gamecheck red flag
- Signed up a while ago and made a few deposits won and lost tried to withdraw a amount just above my total deposits but took ages so played some of it off and withdrew a significantly smaller amount this landed quickly once they decided to settle. (funny how that happens) I havent deposited or played since then on the platform. Now on their VIP programme (probably due to my deposit history) they added a small amount to my account and decided to play the bonus and made a withdrawel Its sat there in pending its free money so I neither care whether they pay out or not the first experience in my view set the standard and assume the pay out was to allow me to continue depositing and then likely I would be in the same boat as everyone else. There are some excellent overseas casinos cant say with any confidence that gorilla wins are one of them. You can also use gamecheck.com to check if the casino is listed as having fake games it doesnt list which games are fake but its a obvious concern if you are also playing a game and it seems odd you can submit to gamecheck for verification.

- DONT DO IT.I have reported pursued refunds from my banks of £1800 in deposits. Thats my own foolish fault but they wont pay winnings so its clearly a scam. I have also informed ActionFraud. This is a hard lesson learned. But something bigger needs to be done. I have fallen victim to several of these casinos now and I appreciate its my own fault but they prey on the vulnerable and people who have gambling problems knowing they wont get any push back because they arent under the jurisdiction of the UK gambling commission. How many more people have to be done in before their website is blocked?

Today I was informed by an agent that he would send an urgent request to the finance department.
