• I was happy with everything except being denied a cashout on a free chip. I played blackjack for a couple of hands LOST money doing so and was denied my cashout because of that. I just think that disallowed games should be locked out since clearly they have that capability. They gave no consideration for the fact that I am a really good customer who has deposited a LOT of money. A $300 cashout is nothing in comparison (I usually don’t cashout until my balance >2500 the weekly max.) Anyway they could and should have made an exception like Everygame Casino did in the same situation.
