My gambling losses exceeded £82000 in under 90 days—far beyond the £5000 monthly and £1000 maximum daily thresholds—with no effective affordability checks or interventions despite my high-risk profile as a reinstated customer. Reliance on LinkedIn and OSINT to justify affordability fails to meet UK Gambling Commission standards for Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) which must be documented and evidence-based.Customer interactions were superficial. • What a load of rubbish! The software is teŕible. Always freezing i lost £38 just to lost slot games when it froze. To avoid their incompetence i locked my account for 6 weeks after making a formal complaint. I am primarily a poker player but that software has the same issues as the rest of the site.
