• Normally visit the branch and have a great experience. This visit the service experience was very poor and after having my stake money locked in the same machine twice due to technical issue no service skills offered. Simply told go play another machine. Asked for a good will gesture and this was also dismissed. Service desk told me I was extremely rude as they heard everything. Not sure this is possible. Needless to say we will not be going back although we did visit at least twice monthly.

My experience is 100% different to a review I just read here.
