• I was banned from this casino nye on 18 yrs ago for suspected cheating which was nothing to do with me but because the problem related to my older brother I was found guilty by association as I was with him. When I went in a couple of years ago without him I was advised that I was naturally barred for life. And now they are proposing a £6573 partial refund offered as a gesture not admission of fault. Someone needs to go undercover to investigate their unscrupulous and underhanded dealings.
