I won first place in a tournament

• I won first place in a tournament. The prize was 67 dollars and they gave me $106. Then told me I couldnt cash out due to multiple free promotions. Heres the thing they have denied my attempts to use promos by saying sorry once I enter the code. Sometimes they grant it. It seems to me that since they can deny or approve a promo request then that takes away any right they have for complaint. Forget the fact that I havent seen any warnings on any online casino warning anyone that even if theyre approved a promo request that they will not allow you to withdraw winnings even if you win in their tournaments or if you play through their outrageous playthrough requirements. Im contacting the gaming commission and looking into what needs done to force online casinos to take accountability.
