• Slowest payout ever … I made a withdrawal request on Friday £2K… It’s now Sunday and still nothing. I have used other betting sites and they miraculously manage immediate withdrawals. What is the issue with Hippodrome/Betway. It’s simply not acceptable that a deposit is instantaneous yet a withdrawal is not. Will I get a response here as I can’t get a response on their useless live chat.

I have been attempting to get a hold of a customer service agent since 9:00AM after an hour being on hold the chat disconnects on schedule.Surely this is a joke. It is really disturbing that the only way to express frustration is to leave a negative review. • Well I didnt realise this casino was part of Betway until my account was closed suddenly after winning over £6300 as I was self excluded from Betway anyway the customer service team escalated my request to have my account funds refunded to me and after a few days the operations team agreed and authorised the payment of my account balance be made but I had to send in my bank details and birth certificate so they could manually withdraw to my bank well after 2 weeks constant on chat finding out whats going on I was then sent an email from the said operation team saying they needed another form of photo identification well I sent a long email with chat logs as proof that that promised to send my funds on what I already sent them and I even sent an email to the manager of Betway yeasterday well something worked because suddenly this morning around 9.30am ISH I had an alert from my bank and upon looking I received my full account balance via faster payments so looks like the manager has kicked them in there arses and now I am really buzzing so thank you to the manager and the payments team much appreciated 👍

This is still ongoing at the time of writing but this most certainly seems to be a scam. Stay well clear of these scammers!
