• This company has again over and over slowly stolen money out of my cash account they then say that they added some more credits from a win or from a tournament I competed in and theres never any money added to the account Just money taking off then I tried to talk to them about whats going on and all they can do is disconnect the chat over and over and then have me verify who I am over and over and when they cannot verify or explain what happened they disconnect the chat do not play this game they will rob you of your money and Im trying to figure out how I can have an investigation done where all their paperwork and invoices or whatever you call it from when I put money in and their paperwork where I won and lost or all together and verify that they havent been stealing money out of the peoples accounts

• Company is a scam. Played 400 dollars and every credit package I got was paid back to me with the minimum amount. At least make the games engaging and pay something back. Only got 25 bucks out of the 100 everytime and when I did the lower credit package it was the same thing. Be prepared to lose your money if you play on this app. I can see the games being fun but not if you’re losing non stop on every single game. The advertising for this is definitely false. You have a better chance at a casino than on the app for sure. I’ve notice the games will exit out to if you have played it for a certain period of time too so that’s kinda messed up if you’re working up towards a bonus. If you get bonus credits from the tournaments they will take it away instantly from my experience. At least make the payouts fair to your customers. Your app can be a big hit if it was fair.

• Lot of bad reviews i read are about no payouts is because you have to make a set amount minimum deposit before you get to withdraw. Personally i was pissed when i found that out but after play and winning i was able to get payouts(usually in under 1 hour) and i love it now. I win more then at i did at my local casino and the games are fun with decent wins. I play $3 bets and have won up to 150x my bet many time and you dont have tons of dead spins like casinos. • I had the same experience - you cannot withdraw your money. They literally wrote you need to deposit another $1000 before you can request a withdrawal. From the other reviewers its obvious that no sum u deposit will they allow a withdrawal. Ill join the class action when its filed.
