• Stay away from this site!! You have to deposit in order to withdraw your winnings. They have no problem taking your deposit but when you try to withdraw they give you nothing but the run around. I’ve been trying to withdraw my winnings since 12/9/25 and still haven’t gotten it!! When you try to contact them you get some several different standard messages saying 1. Due to the high volume of payouts we’ve reached our max and it will be a few more days. 2. Please be patient your winnings are still in the queue stage and it will be a few more days. 3. We understand your frustrations and know we’re working on it and trying to push it through for you. Give us a few more days. Then they start all over again. I’ve been hearing this over and over and still no payout!! All they’re doing is scamming people out of their money!!

• Do not ever go on this site. They ask for a bunch of verifications and once you give them everything they need they ask for me. Im going to get this site shut down as they are scamming people. I put in 200 hundre pound and had 480 in my account. I emailed them again and again and now they have banned me from the site which is illegal. This will not go unheard.

A little worrying but I did get paid

• I played here a bit by accident - seemingly Id registered a while ago and realised it wasnt totally legit for UK players and left it alone but then forgot about that when I stumbled across it later in my password manager app - anyway long story short I won a couple hundred and reading these reviews was very worried I wouldnt be paid.I submitted a few docs via the online form but after reading their requirements and realising they needed a selfie of me holding my ID decided a good move might be to drop this additional pic via the help/support ticket method on the website. After a couple of hours an agent got back to me with a full list of what they needed - the requirements were extreme (I sent about 10 photos and 2 years of tax returns!) - but they did verify me. And then once I tried to withdraw the payment was instant.The site itself looks good it has a nice looking sportsbook with live streamed games alongside the casino too if it wasnt for the extreme verification process Id be recommending it. But I wanted to write this review to put some peoples minds at ease - my experience wasnt a scam - it just felt a bit like being strip searched at the border and from what Im reading peoples experiences of that can vary so I went with the ultra-compliant approach :/

• Writing a review because I wish id seen one before i signed up. Theres no grey area with this site it is a scam. I contacted support to tell them there game shows werent working and was told to use a VPN lol. You can deposit via debit card but you cannot withdraw. You will be asked for multiple forms of I.D theyll take a week to get back to you to ask for more I.D. This is all just a stall tactic you will never be able to withdraw your funds.

• Absolutely appalling customer service!! They allow you to deposit without any identification but the moment you want to withdraw anything you have to jump through hoops to get your money. My husband wanted to open an account but because he allowed me to use his card they wouldn’t allow the same card to be used by a different user and just banned him without any notice or explanation. Won quite a bit and then lost almost all before putting £100 on roulette and my number came up £3600 in my balance.The withdrawal was not exactly plain sailing.
