- My Young daughter used my details to create an account by bypassing my details and the verification and this was then fully verified by the team even though they were not my details as I am registered on GAMSTOP. I have been emailing for answers for the last three days now and I just get the same answer. How the hell can a “reputable licensed company” not have noticed fraudulent documents that she sent to them? When they were apparently checked thoroughly? I am furious and want these deposits sent back to my bank card that were used fraudulently. This is not so much about the money this is a serious breach and error on their behalf that should have flagged up straight away but didn’t and I require answers immediately. If I have to put this on every social media platform then I will. I shall be putting in a formal complaint and taking this further to make sure it cannot happen again.
