Ridiculous website and no appreciation to loyal customers

• Played on this site for a while now. Spent thousands. I ask live chat for loyalty bonuses sometimes and they give a measly £2-£3 but not often! They have no appreciation for loyal players at all. Games are set at lowest RTP. I literally spent £210 (60p spins) on 1 particular slot and got the bonus 3 times in total and the highest win I had from the bonus was £12.I asked live chat to speak to a manager and this was refused. Basically I needed to tell them my issue for a different customer service rep to respond to me. They also have huge wagering requirements before you can trigger a bonus and in the rare chance you do it will be extremely low. This has nothing to do with RNG nor are they in breach of UKGC. User friendly reasonable game selection

• I’ve only just joined and have only deposited £50 (which I doubled almost instantly). Played a few different games had a nose around and all seems to be as I’d expect. Better games than many of the other smaller sites however as a hardened slots gambler it’s probably not one I’ll visit often because it doesn’t have Microgaming/Games Global games my favourites. Has all the Big Bass/Fishing Frenzy games and a decent selection of Inspired games.Verified straight away no problems.It’s a nice simple site easy to move around unlike some just the lack of Microgaming that was the issue for me but I’m sure I’ll be back every now and then :-)

• This site and its sister site thats now merged with them called Rose casino. ComWell I was verified etc on ivy casino won a few times paid out eventually using Trustly deposited not a problem as such till I registered with Rose casino deposited using Trustly had a win of £450 to then receive emails saying that the account Ive been using via Trustly isnt in my name which isnt correct its a joint account.So my ivy and rose account been suspended apparently need extra docs which was sent in.Contacted live chat which was not helpful as the usual copy and paste.So Ive been playing on ivy casino for 6months plus using the same depositing method and withdrawal method and now theres a problem!!My withdrawal request was on Rose casino on 7th May 25 and Im still waiting for these extra verification checks on the 10th to be done and my winnings released absolutely appalling..
