• Clearly Hiding Something They are supposedly investigating an issue I reported with one of the slots on their site “Big Bass Secrets of The Golden Lake” and they’ve supposedly gone to the game providers themselves… they said it will take longer than expected and I said that’s fine as long as the issue is resolved properly. This game has 2 bonus rounds one with a theoretical 1/6 probability of coming up but I have had the bonus over 80 times and it has never given that bonus round the Golden Lake. I have played this game on at least 15 other sites and have never seen anything so ridiculous on any of them.Now I cannot log in and they not replying on the email thread this has been discussed on or a new one I made today.If they do not respond by the end of today I will be reporting them to the UKGC.Update: the clowns have replied and I honestly chuckled when I read it.
