How to very quickly lose a good loyal Customer
- And to think I initially gave ivy casino 4 stars however how to very quickly lose a loyal customer. Requesting unnecessary unreasonable intrusive information eg providing payslips which should be sufficient but to then ask whats your role in your employment ? Explain payments made to specific individuals in my bank account well Ivy thats none of your business. I made an error linking my bank account to this Casino thinking I was doing the right thing. I was dubious and worried about linking my bank account to ivy casino my fears were correct they have scrutinised my bank account and asked sensitive and personal questions basically asking why I paid certain individuals you would have thought I had applied for a mortgage or something i have quickly rectified this unlinked my bank account and cancelled my ivy casino account.
