  • I’ve been playing on the site a few weeks and made multiple deposits (some quite high deposits) which I’ve never had an issue with I’ve verified my account and everything was going ok that was until I tried to withdraw 999.00 and then a 3000.00 on the same night all of a sudden checks need to be done on my account so ‘someone will look into my details and get back to me in around 7 days’ but the online agent told me if it was longer they can open a dispute for me. In this day and age what takes a company 7+ days to issue winnings especially when they have allowed me to deposit high amounts and bet high amounts and my accounts fully verified. I wish I’d of read the reviews first because I would not of used them. I can see a complaint to IBAS or the gambling commission on the cards

After that be prepared if you win over a certain amount to be asked to verify yourself. Which is totally understandable. So i sent all the relevant information and was fully verified. I made a withdrawal for £1830And it was pending for days. Even though I was verified they didnt send it.. I went in live chat and asked if everything was ok. And he said he was going to chase it up and it would be there very soon. Another 2 days still waiting and pending.i went back on to play and deposited £20 then i asked about my withdrawals again. They asked me for the trustly payment i had just used.. so straight away I sent it to them in pdf form as they asked. It was no good it was a good excuse for them to try it on. So They unverified me and asked for more documents. So I sent them. And nothing was ever good. Bank Statement of my name and address... trustly payments with there name time and ivy casino at the bottom. I sent my passport.. my bank cards (all of them) I send my driving licence. And i also got an official utility bill of my address in pdf form.. after having to speak to British gas as I dont have paper bills..im on the electoral roll. And have proved everything. I have now asked them for a deadlock letter. Which I am waiting to receive on the 11th of November. And it will be reported to the ADR as an official complaint. And i will be sending all logs of this awful interaction. After doing so just know I will be taking it right to the small claims court. And I wont let this drop. Regardless of how much it costs. Requesting unnecessary unreasonable intrusive information eg providing payslips which should be sufficient but to then ask whats your role in your employment ? Explain payments made to specific individuals in my bank account well Ivy thats none of your business. I made an error linking my bank account to this Casino thinking I was doing the right thing. I was dubious and worried about linking my bank account to ivy casino my fears were correct they have scrutinised my bank account and asked sensitive and personal questions basically asking why I paid certain individuals you would have thought I had applied for a mortgage or something i have quickly rectified this unlinked my bank account and cancelled my ivy casino account.
