NEVER RECEIVED GIFT CARDS AFTER IT WAS APPROVED
- Everything was fine until time to redeem. I redeemed to two gift cards and I received the emails saying they were approved and on their way but they never showed up. I contacted support who said they would escalate it but the person who emailed me back said the same thing to check all my spam folders. I let him no I had done checked over and over and didnt receive them. I asked could they please just look into it & after verifying they havent been used could they cancel them or reissue them so I get the $100 I redeemed. I havent heard nothing back at all. As for now thats $100 total that I havent received that I won. Other than that it was a great experience. Idk who else to contact. Hopefully someone can help.

- My account suddenly became restricted after not logging in for about 2 weeks. They had me verify my identity and even after doing so my account was still restricted. What’s messed up is that I made a purchase and the money was removed on my account but I was not credited. It’s a good thing I used PayPal but regardless my account still has a restriction and they are asking me for information that I’m unable to provide because I reset my phone and recently replaced all my dam cc after having my wallet stolen from work. Honestly this is b.s I’ve never had to go through all of this with any other vendor or casino website.
