• DO NOT PLAY HERE. 2 months ago I thought I’d give this casino a try as I promote online casinos for a job. I like to spend abit of money to get the real feel out of it. It was good in the beginning I won 2K. My withdrawl got processed within a day or so. Later on I went and deposited a lot more and won 4K. (To get these small wins I probably deposited over 6K). Now they had no problem paying my my first withdrawl because well I was still well and truly in debt with them. When it came to my second withdrawl 2 weeks had gone by and I haven’t heard a single word from anyone. My withdrawl had sat pending for 2 WEEKS. After numerous times trying to contact my “manager” because I was a VIP member nobody contacted me. The only time they ever contacted me was if I was SPENDING MONEY. The fact I had won an additional 4K would have put me in profit with them. 2 weeks later I finally got a response back from my “manager” and she had told me that “I need to be more active in order to get my withdrawl approved” BE MORE ACTIVE????? I had already spent OVER 6K…. After arguing back and forth I played the money right down to $600 I didn’t get a single feature line hit NOTHING the money went fast and I let my “manager” know that I was being “active” now at this time I was testing a theory because she said she dosent have access to approve withdrawl funds. Not even 2 minutes later I got an email saying my withdrawl was approved! Now mind you I am still in DEBT with them because I had won all of this money but I have spent more and they didn’t approve the amount that would have put me in profit. This is all apart of there game they only pay you small amounts at a time if you spend 4K you’ll get $600 back etc etc. Which is a typical scam because in reality you’re just getting some of your money you deposited back. But the excuses they come up with is ridiculous. After recieving my last withdrawl of $600 I wanted to close my account. I contacted my manager and what do you know CRICKETS. Not a single word back. This isn’t the first time I have wanted to close my account either. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to close your account. I don’t feel comfortable having my details on here as they are scammers. 2 months pass by and I think stuff it I’ll deposit some money because I have money to spend I deposited about $1000 didn’t get a single win or feature. So I wanted to close my account instead of reaching out via email I clicked the “get manager to give me a call” because I know they could see how much I was spending so I knew she would call. She called me 5 minutes later (shocking considering last time they were ignoring me 😂) she was all cheery and bubbly until I told her I wanto close my account she said “sorry that is only handled via email” THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I wrote a review about this experience 2 days ago and they reached out to me via email and bribed me with FREE CREDITS OF $70 to take down my reviews and after I played those credits they said they will close my account for good. I took my reviews down and played the credits. I lost so I emailed them back and said “okay your turn to hold your end of the bargain up close my account please” crickets…. Nothing not a single email back. Before this they were responding almost instantly. So here I am writting this review again. Don’t play them they are obviously hiding something with the fact they won’t pay you if you’re in profit with them watch them respond to this review with some “intelligent” way of saying “we are scammers”. The fact that they won’t close your account after numerous months asking and will completly ghost you if you end up winning in profit. DONT PLAY HERE IM BEGGING YOU. THERE ARE WAY BETTER CASINOS OUT THERE!!!!
