• I have been dealing with this casino for over a year!!! They absolutely DO NiOT follow responsible gaming rules they encourage you to keep depositing money even when you have asked and told them to close your account many times due to the addiction and financial stress their site has caused you!!! • Do not play here if you are a high stakes player you wont get paid if you win.The service started out great when I was losing a lot then when I started to win it quickly turned terrible. My host who was previously very attentive stopped replying and was replaced by other rude staff members. I had over 100k in cashouts pending each for 7.5k since that is the max and they continually cancelled them despite me explicitly asking them not to. Multiple times they lied about what was going on and gave me no timeline for receiving the money.The fact they are even allowed to do that is incredible. After 10+ days of minimal cashouts and multiple cancellations I ended up losing the money back. This is extremely predatory behaviour and is clearly their tactic.After this I requested my net deposits and withdrawals and it turns out they only let me cash out once when I was net positive.
