- Please do not use this casino they are unethical and full blown robbery. I to have fallen prey to the disabled account when winnings are attempted to be withdrawn. I will be reporting them to the gambling watchdog so that they can ban this casino from robbing people. I wish I had of read these reviews sooner. They are absolute snakes. Most likely have gone broke themselves after ripping off so many people and losing so many clients.

- Warning too all players. This casino locks your account if you win and try withdrawing any money. I deposited $1500 over 2 days. After playing for a short time I won a total of $12000. I requested a withdrawal of $6100. After a few hours they cancelled my withdrawal and disAbled my account claiming they needed 48 hours too review my account. The was 6 days ago. I have asked for updates but seems I get the same generic response advising to stay patient while the relevant department conducts a review. I feel Iv been robbed and wont be seeing my money or my winnings. Do not play here

- Used to be great for abit of fun and extra cash on the side. Unfortunately recently the only two games I used to play of pokies on there were completely deleted from the website 🙄 these also happen to be the two biggest payout games (no suprise there). Since then nothing pays out anymore. Even $1 bets would often give small wins of $1-8 on a regular now its 0.05-50¢if you are lucky.. ridiculous.. its s bullshit. You dont win anything anymore. Money Melts away just like that. They are greedy and money hungry definitely dont play fair. Ive since deleted my account.

Rude customer service
- 99 percent of the time customer service chat are uber friendly and helpful When my conection is cut the chat history is lost so I didnt see her response. Instead she treats me like an idiot and doesnt respond to my request. i asked the minimum amount required to deposit for etherum. the amount she said i did not see she then tells me to go online and check for myself and when i explained i lost my chat history she just copied and pasted a link 3 times instead of simply telling me a number in au dollars... she then tries to educate me that cryptocurrency can fluctuate... i mean like dur I Know that... i then explained again i did not see the number she wrote due to my conection being cut she then repeated the same thing that crypto can fluctuate. instead of typing and copy and pasting all she had to do as hit the keypad and enter a number. Instead she says she said it 4 times um no she did not it took me to say please help me in capital letters and then pretty please with a cherry on top she then said it condescendingly.. I mean Lo***a my dear I am a long serving customer and it is your job to serve the customer... Instead of being rude and snarky Her first response was ?* When I give my verification information. Your job is to help customers instead of telling them to figure it out themselves. Even if you dont like the customer.. customer service. Serve the customer.. I have never met such a rude customer service woman.. I am a Titanium level customer too Joes has taken thousands of my money! I helped pay customer service. Im going to go play elsewhere as a result. I was going to go one star but in actuality their custom service is quite nice and helpful. Just one bad egg on a bad day.
