- They ban my account when i won 4900 euros they gave only 1000And after for no reason ban the account and basically they stole me 3900 euros that i cant withdraw This illegal And also they dont answer to the emails DONT PLAY TO THIS CASINO REALLY IF THERE IS A POSSIBILITY TO WIN MAYBE YOU CANT FIND A WAY TO TAKE YOYR MONEY .

- Total scammers received a bonus won over e400 last night and was working on the wagering.. went to finish it this evening and its all gone. You cant contact them vis live chat they will keep cutting you off and start you back at number 200 in the queue. Its an impossible situation by the time you can fulfill the wagering the time has ran out

- I won some money at the casino. But the selection lasts 3 days. They never process the request earlier. Support said it was for technical reasons. Because a lot of people win there every day. I dont think so. The casino offers nothing more than the others. Compared to other casinos withdrawals take too long. I rate it as average. There are definitely better projects.

- Initially I had no issues. I won several times and fast payouts. Customer service on chat was excellent. However when playing on the provider Elk on two different games I won over 20 dollars on bonuses. Both wins did not get added to my account. I provided all the information that was requested from me and 8 days later I am still getting the same script that the relevant department is working on it. I knew that I would never see it as no way it takes 8 days. I can’t play at a casino that does not value the players. I need to feel safe. The win could have been a much larger amount! So I closed the account. Too bad as they had great games.

Before I red terms on their site. I had 10 days to wager. During the evening I won some money and decided go to sleep. What was my surprise when I opened the site in the morning and saw zero balance in my account. It turns out that at the bottom of the email is written in small letters Offer & wagering requirements deadline: 48 hours after receiving the email. Imagine- wagering starts AFTER RECEIVING E-MAIL. I went to chat and asked- Imagine that the customer does not look when this e-mail arrived (like me). According to those ridiculous rules 1 hour left to wager bonus. Client approves the bonus and tries to make deposit. I asked- will you warn this client not to do deposit because its 100% to lose money because wagering in time is impossible.
