• After being a loyal player of Junes Journey for many years I can no longer recommend this game. It has become an absolute nightmare to play. It constantly crashes you constantly have to re start the game and it can take you literally hours to fulfil just some simple tasks. It was once my favourite game but has now become no longer enjoyable. Some of my friends have already deleted the game as it is too frustrating to play. Reading other players comments I know that I am not the only one.

The game is great but Wooga is abysmal. Dont waste your money.

• The game is great and their customer service is nonexistent. If you try to get a human it is impossible. They ignored my requests for why I did not get any packets for days. I got a generic automated message. Wooga does not care about customers at all. They have decreased everything including coins prizes and the drop rate for packets. I spend a lot of money but they dont care at all.

• Ive been playing this game for several years now just got an update new version. The game said a malware injection was detected and shut down. Tried another Ipad and it did the same thing. I guess Im not the only one. Im glad because the game was getting pointless and demanding money to get anywhere. Dont bother playing the game not worth the time or the money!

• I have spent a lot of time and money on this game and now a virus threat message has stopped it loading.Wooga have been most unhelpful telling me that Chromebook is not supported and giving me another link which is useless.I am very disappointed dont waste your time on a game where the developers dont care about their players!

• I did enjoy this game however Wooga manipulated the game entirely. It can take hrs or days to have enough flowers to move on lots of commercials to advance your waiting time money grabs and the rewards are minimal. I am not on FB so almost a yr into my game they abruptly ended my account. I will NOT be starting a new game. GAME OVER.

• This game used to be fun but Wooga has made it practically impossible by making it too hard to progress unless you spend money. They also fix the game against your ability so if youre good they make it even harder for you. Its now getting very tedious. Such a shame...

• I strongly advise caution when playing games developed by Wooga. Their user interface is filled with easy-to-press buttons strategically placed throughout the game. Unfortunately I accidentally tapped one of these and unintentionally purchased an in-game decoration for 2000 diamonds — worth over $100.Despite reaching out immediately I was informed that a refund is not possible. This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels exploitative. Please be careful — a single misplaced tap can result in a significant and irreversible charge.

• Every time I have an issue with the game I get obnoxious answer back like make sure your Internet connection is strong etc.I too have spent a lot of money on this game but like everyone is saying it’s so addicting and I think OK just a little bit more. I like being challenged but I’m getting tired of all this woke stuff. First June is married and her husband cheats on her with a man and he turned out to be gay. Then Virginia is gay and that when she opens up an agency Sandra is gay and they have all these messages about saving the world and donating to all these causes I can’t stand all the long ads. I’ve seen the same ad over and over and over again so they make money from these companies that they’re showing the ads and then torture us. They have to watch them so their solution is that they sell skip the ad tickets but you have to pay for or earn them . The game was a lot better before travels came. I don’t even bother watching all the little clips and travels when I get enough tokens I just click on the reward. I never upgrade to premium who wants to hear more stories. I really need to delete this app but like I said in the beginning so addicted.

• I have spent a fortune on this game and that is okay. I knew what I was buying. The problem I have is the way the game is so rigged. The side games are where the owners and programmers put the screws to you. Where you are playing the case where you are supposed to to have lots of options they force you to only have one the most expensive one. This is why they lose more players than the keep. On top of that the competitions between teams is rigged as well.

• Xifaxin commercial is really getting old. Crashes my game every.single.time! This game is fun at first but it gets boring real fast. It’s just a constant finding of objects. So repetitive. They want money for absolutely everything. It’s just a long game & boring. The ads are beyond ridiculous.

• This is a fun game. The graphics are good The stories are ok but could use some improvement. The reason why it is getting a 1 star is because the game is incredibly expensive to play if you want to win at any of the extra side games that are frequently offered. The side games can be fun and JJ as a whole can be very addictive. The side games require a lot of skill or diamonds which cost money alot of real money. Someone can easily get suckered into spending $600 a month playing this game. Whats worse is they keep raising the prices of in app purchases Thats how they reward paying customers by continuously raising prices.

• The game is too long. Its very hard to complete . And waiting time for the energy to charge is about an hour to wait unless you will spend your own money . Im playing this game on Freecash and there are not tracking my progress at all. Its not worth it.

• I would give them a minus if I could. Just found out that they change the flowers need to level up for each player not you need xxx amount when you are on level 200 to level up to 201 but also they have different rewards on the side games. When I put in a complaint about the differences in flowers needed by each player the reply I got back did not answer the question; it only threw accusations at me. They preach equality but that doesnt apply to how they treat players. The only thing they are interested in is how to squeeze money out of players otherwise they are not interested.

The game is rigged in their favour. There is no equality with different players requiring different flower points to level up on the same level. Their replies are disrespectful.
