• ******One month and I have still not received my withdrawal nor have I received any further information from kassu casino on this matter.. When is my withdrawal going to be paid to me as requested????? *****I made a withdrawal for £500 from kassu Casino and I have not received any of the winnings I requested to withdraw and when I try to log into my account now it is saying that my account has been closed and I did not close it.. I have sent numerous emails to them and nothing is being done about it.. I just want the money I am entitled to from them. • I left one star and a bad review but chose to take it away. Yes I was going through a nightmare with trying to get my money and for getting some clarification. It took me 6 days of constant contacting the support and no one really helped me and just escalated it and then radio silence.But up until today I started a new chat with Shania on Kassu. I was quite upset and frustrated but she immedately took ownership of the problem showed understanding and compassion to my feelings and made sure she was going to fix the problem once and for all. She contacted the relevant department that the other chat supporters just escalated to directly to require a response on what we could do to solve the problem; and she solved it. Shania on Kassu is a f**king star! I really hope you come to her if you ever need support because then you can be sure that things gets done and on top of that youll get an extremely kind and service minded person.. • I had an email that said I could get 75% up to £200 Bonus. So that means the maximum bonus I can get is £200 bonus correct? I deposited £270 to enable me to get the full bonus amount. 75% of 270 is £202.50. So my account should of been credited the maximum bonus of £200. So my balance should of been £270 cash £200 bonus. However they only credited £150. They tried to say the £200 is the deposit amount not the bonus amount. I even chatted with a manager I think it was after chatting with that live agent. The first question I asked was if I had an email stating 50% upto £100 bonus. I could deposit £200 and get a £100 bonus. Which they confirmed was correct.So how come it isn’t the same with the 75% bonus upto £200It just makes no sense what so ever. As with that logic. I then tried logging in again on the 29th of july to find that my account was and is still blocked. I got in touch with live chat who eventually told me my account was blocked due to gamstop until 30/3/2026 which is false as i have never been blocked for longer than 12 months. however Im not currently active with gamstop which i told them. So I said in that case Id expect a full refund as I deposited that money in good faith but you belived I was excluded from gambling at the time I deposited and lost. In otherwords if I won I wouldnt of recieved any winnings just my initial deposits back.Which I dont think is very fair.I dont mind losing if I thought I had a chance of winning however in this case I couldnt win as they would of sent me my money back and closed the account going by their t&cs. Live chat said they were escalating it to the relevant departments however I got nothing back from that.I then contacted kassu via email about this issue on the 25th of August and they basically told me that after further inspection Im not blocked on gamstop so Im not justified into getting a refund. However my account is still locked.I have all the transcripts of live chat. All emails recorded and my gamstop record.Its kind of a heads kassu win tails I lose situation. The point it I lost £350 but if I had won I wouldnt of got payed out any winnings due to their belief that I was gamstopped. I demand a full refund of £350.
