• Signed up on their website two hours ago. They state on their website that it takes less than 5 minutes to get verified and start playing. Not only did they require more information (social security number drivers license etc.) than any other online casino but they also take way longer to get setup. Its now been 4 hours and I still cant play. To make matters worse they have no live chat option. I submitted an email over an hour ago and have received no response yet. Great customer service and games

• After sending 200 coded envelopes to the sweepstakes department they blocked my account and gave me no reason. They only credit 1-2 entrys at a time which is stated NO WHERE in term and conditions. And support does NOTHING to assist. Worst social casino of them all and I have played on at least 10 different sites. Kickr is a 0/5 not a 1. To get any ratings you have to actually do something. Update : Replying to me with we told you to nominate one account is absolutely ridiculous considering there are 2 customers who have both sent several hundred postmarked envelopes which i imagine are all trash now Much like this company thanks for the response and no help whatsoever.
