Not good for redeeming

• I’ve tried repeatedly to get over the $200 threshold. I’ve come close twice but never gotten enough to redeem. It’s annoying because I was at 197 doing 20 cent bets going game from to game and provider to provider. Never win again. Twice now that’s happened 156 and 197 never over 200 to redeem so I wil not play here again.

• Yeah I’ve played enough online casinos to know when I’m being scammed I’m extremely mad right now and would demand my money back if it were even slightly possible but it’s not. Bought their welcome offer and had $50. Win and get up to $65 these websites do this so you’ll be like “Oh you can win on here!” Then it proceeded to scam away $65 in the blink of an eye and it was pathetic. Terrible slot selection. Waited until I had $0.42 cents left to get me into a hold and win bonus that didn’t even pay $2 oh wow I didn’t see that coming. Then I find out the minimum cash out is $200 are you kidding me?? Literally any other online casino is $50 or $100. I’m going to write some YouTubers and see if they can get some of these scam websites taken down this isn’t funny at all and please don’t say “You just had some bad luck your lucky win is right around the corner! • I have been playing on kickr for about 6 months now . They always have a fun selection of games . I have redeemed $200 a few times but won a little more than 3k and I’m hopeful that it’s just as smooth. I wish you could redeem any amount because I will have to do multiple redemptions. Considering they just had a 5 million dollar contest max redemption should be at least 5k. Update: Support got back really quickly and the first redemption has already moved to fulfilled. Really pleased with the response time and professionalism.

• This is probably the absolute worst sweeps platform I have ever played. So far my experience is that 99% of your spins will be dead which seems pretty backwards. This is months of playing not just a day or a couple hours. After numerous attempts to upload my bank statement and it refusing all variations I finally contacted customer support. It has been two days now and still all Im getting is automated responses that its being viewed blah blah blah. So I finally gave in and just ordered a $200 eCard for Amazon which states immediately receive to your provided email. Well I immediately received an email stating that it will take 5-7 business days...for an ECARD!! My review may go up if this is handled. I have yet to hear from a real person. When I won a whole 1.65 their slot didnt credit me and when it was brought up to their help center at first they gave one excuse and when I sent them the verification Id for the transaction that they asked for they then proceed to give me some other excuse and took down the transaction that I gave them and replaced it with what they wanted it to look like. Mind you this is a matter of only 1.65 imagine what they would do if you won a lot more. They wont pay me. I deleted my acct I want nothing to do with them.
