• Well I would have left a higher review but the way I’ve been treated with customer support and trying to cash out FINALLY after reaching the most ridiculous withdraw minimum I’ve ever seen. I verified my account very easily. I had no problems uploading any documents. Everything went smoothly. Until I finally reached enough to cash out to my bank. So they make you verify your bank account before being able to withdraw. Ok that’s fine I’ve done that on over 60 sweepstakes sites. Over 60 no exaggeration. Now though all of a sudden when I upload my bank statement it’s “edited”. Are you serious? Tried over and over and over again. So I reach out to customer support and they tell me try it again but don’t open the document when sending it. The only option when sending it is open select all(which would be all of my files) or deselect. I sent them this and showed them also. Only way to send it is to open and then it goes to their files. It gets declined everytime. Finally they say a third party will reach out to me to verify my documents. They haven’t by the way. Nor are they answering my emails. The funny thing is when you are looking for help or whatever they have this option (trouble with bank verification). They known this is a thing that happens because I’ve seen other reviews where the same thing is happening to them. They told me to check out their gift cards because I don’t have to verify my bank for a gift card. I was blown away. I put money into your site to win money to keep playing not get gift cards. Especially if I reach the 150 mark. I wish they would fix this because then they would have a higher rating from me. I feel like they just say too bad. So they fixed it pretty quickly. A day after I wrote this review. If they were more transparent and said what exactly would happen I wouldn’t have worried about it. Now that it is fixed I definitely recommend playing here. They just need a live chat. Thank you kickr for fixing the problem. Now we will see how long the redemption takes.

Okay everybody warning

• Okay everybody. WARNING/SCAMMERS/KICKR.DO NOT PLAY KICKR!I use to love kickr. Until one day I made a 75$ door dash gift card redemption. Which I had done before no problem. This time my account was suspended. Email told me they where doing a source of funds check. And assured me that after I completed it my Suspension would be lifted. And funds would be safe til then. So they wanted they wanted 3 consecutive paycheck stubs. And a bank statement that had to show proof of direct deposit from my employer. Or most recent w-2/ and or 1099s Well my employer dont do D.D. and I found a couple pay stubs but not most recent 3. And I get paid by-weekly.So I had to wait a month and a half. So I did that and download last years tax forms. So I sent them. Finally my account was unlocked. well get on there and balance was 0$ transaction said the gift card was cancelled and rejected. So I messaged support and. They sent me email. Saying bucks expire and cant be replaced after 30 days. Pretty much no matter the situation. And there not liable. I e-mailed back and said so pretty much you can ask for a source of funds check from anyone at anytime. To steal there money. Then when they complete the process not reimburse them but continue taking there money. That bulshit if you ask me.

Worth a shot especially when they throw you $205 for $139 deals.

• At first me and kickr had a rough start after the problem was resolved. I’ve had no problems since. I’m actually enjoying playing more on kicker than CrownCoins. Just like everyone else when you put money into play you’re wanting to win I’m not winning huge but at least I’m recovering some of my money which creates a balance. I recommend Kickr not knocking CrownCoins but it seems to be geared more towards people with deeper pockets than I have .

First it was a website malfunction.Got through that.Then the documents werent correct.Got through that.Then I had to wait... And... Wait and wait.Until I gave up and just told them Id write a review.Awful customer service and they wont pay out. Avoid.

Ive cashed out 200.00 an others to but the egift cards are TRASH! If u get one yes it says 3 to 7 business days took less then 12hrs to get yet cant do no thing with it cuz if your phone aint got tap pay cant transfer funds only good for online purchases very specific to what apps you can use it on says otherwise but wrong then if you make 5x small purchases on kickers app they lock your card for 2 weeks cuz potential fraud for your safety cant spend 50.00 in small increments cuz then youre more screwed.

• The experience that kickr.com gave me was one to be held close. Not only did I join the site but I also play to were my thumb was hurting becasue of.all the cool games I played that I didnt even pay attention that I had enjoyed the games so much that I lost track of time but that was becasue of the games different types u can choose and I really had so much fun that I had to stop my self and.take.a break. • Do you want your money stolen from you! Sign up to this trash website and it will happen. Do over 500 spins on 15 games to get 1 bonus that pays a 2x. Website is so bad I wouldnt even play if they gave me free money. Run away and go play on the blue websites because at least they have something called RTP and not steal peoples money

Used to love it

• Used to love it but after playing and depositing many times I just simply don’t win. I win less here than on any other sweeps casino I’ve ever played. It’s possible I’m very unlucky but I’m beginning to think they only allow an extremely small % of players to win.I still appreciate the daily bonus and the kind support team however I reached out expressing my displeasure and it was all in vain. Not good for redeeming

• I’ve tried repeatedly to get over the $200 threshold. I’ve come close twice but never gotten enough to redeem. It’s annoying because I was at 197 doing 20 cent bets going game from to game and provider to provider. Never win again. Twice now that’s happened 156 and 197 never over 200 to redeem so I wil not play here again.
