• Its been a year since I mailed in the postcard required to recieve free Kickr bucks but have not recieved anything. Its becoming all too common for these sweepstakes casinos to not honor promotions they advertise costing players time and money. They need to be held accountable.

• Worst casino ever. I played at Chumba and won $500 a week I never played more than $20. But my state got rid of it. Someone said try kicker. So I’ve played 10 times and spent about $150 total. Every single time my money was gone in 5 minute. They suck! They won’t even let me play 1/2 their games…they don’t work screen goes black. I mean geez give me a 1/2 hour of play for $20. Don’t bother playing!!

what happened to my games

• I really used to enjoy playing on this site. They have a good day you login bonus but for last week all of my games have disappeared and I don’t understand why I reached out to customer service have not gotten a response back and it still says my state which is Pennsylvania is still allowed to play there so I just don’t understand what is going on and I’m hoping I can get some answers here.

• Dont remember when I won redeemable amount here I believe it was last year. So awful sorry won many times on other platforms from my daily but not here even after depositing cant win anything.

Update: did receive my money!!

• Wanted to like this place however my address changed and they are making it impossible to move forward to withdraw my money. They were helping me at one point and then completely disappeared. Sent another message and that is being ignored. I have sent proof of my address with 5 different documents but they still aren’t changing in on their end. I still have one bank account with my old address so I requested for them to let me re-enter my bank info but nobody has responded yet. This is ridiculous. I’ve not had a problem anywhere else with this. I will update this review if I ever get my money. Update: Changed to 4 stars. While it was frustrating trying to get verified with a new address (I noticed others had a hard time being verified for other reasons too) I am now verified and received my money in a very timely manner (once verified). If customer service who had been working with me hadn’t just disappeared on me - I wouldn’t have given such a bad review to begin with. But this has been resolved and I did get my money. Cheers!

• I have been playing Kickr games for about 6 months. I was buying packages and sending requests for free sweeps coins. all was well for about 3 months then even though I continued requesting free Sweeps Coins they stopped sending them to me. I always followed the rules and even sent a request for customer support. I received a pat response we are busy keep trying make sure you are following the rules be patient... • I was very excited while playing and loved all the games but unfortunately when trying to redeem it wouldn’t let me . I assumed it’s because my bank verification failed due to my statement not having the account number like it asked. But after trying to contact support I’ve had no luck. It really sucks that there isn’t a live chat option or phone number to call Edit: although it took hours I finally got a response and was able to verify my bank. I made my redemption (after playing back almost 400$ lol) and we will see when the money arrives.

• Stay away from KICKR. when I first started playing I won 400 dollars but it was no way to get my money through redemption. No skrill and none of my bank accounts matched their methods. So I was forced to play out everything I won. Then months later I asked for a complimentary Sc coin and they deleted my account just for asking which is crazy. They suck. • Won a bunch off free play and lost a bunch thinking no way they will cash out. Turns out they would have. I ended up getting a cash out of $200. Before being dumb though I had won over $2000. Haha. • I played a $10 feature buy on Three Pigs of Olympus and won $17.80. The money didnt get awarded to my balance. Thank God I was recording. I sent a screenshot of it to Kickr support. Colin K Rattler responded to me and asked for my play ID-to which I responded by copying the last 3 reference IDs shown in my balance. He said I have investigated the round IDs that you have provided and I can confidently assure you that that round has closed and paid out correctly.Unbelievable. These people just straight up lied and wont pay out. If I could attach photos on here I would.
