• Update #3 I did receive my redemption 10/10/2025. A little disappointed in the process that I had to go through hopefully I dont have to go through this on my next redemption. Update #2 My redemption is put in yesterday for $150 was just sent back to my account for unknown reasons I just spoke with my bank and was told that it doesnt show $150 transaction being sent to my account so Im very interested in what excuse they will use to try to delay my redemption or keep it.Update! I was in contact with an very helpful support agent and the issues was resolved. I will completely remove my one star review when I receive payment to assure the site is 100% legit. I tried to withdraw $150 and it would not accept my bank statement so when I emailed them they reached out a day later saying that it wouldnt accept it because its a joint account when I pointed out to support that in their policy it says that you can use joint accounts as long as the other owner (MY WIFE) verify their identity. So they sent her an email and she went ahead and did the verification process and still! Not accepting my bank statement. Im starting to believe that this site is a SCAM! I play on 30 plus other gaming sites and the only sites that Ive had this type of issue with has never paid me and its been over a year with them 2 sites.

• Great experience with Kickr support. My address verification had issues but a real agent stepped in explained exactly what to do and got me approved quickly. Fast friendly and professional.

LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT

• Kickr Games announced on short notice that they were exiting my state and required players to use or redeem coins by September 14. The minimum redemption for a gift card is $50 and I had $49.88. Since I was blocked from buying more coins or collecting daily login bonuses I contacted customer service to ask for an exception. They never responded. Very poor communication and zero consideration for players. I would give this casino zero stars if I could.
