Seems Like They Hate Their Customers
- Pretty awful company overall I have to say. They give the odd good bonus when you’re pretty new but then they take them away and don’t even know your figures when they review your account. I have been losing almost £1000 a month on this site despite getting some decent wins. I’ll never forgot when one slot took £830 to give me a £40 bonus round win on £1 stake. People dealing with accounts can come across as pretty rude. It seems like you have to argue just to get what you deserve for your losses. There are some ways to win money on the site via free promotions but the prizes aren’t the biggest. Withdrawals are quick never take more that a couple of hours if they’re not instant - unlike the awful 7Bet.Disappointing to see no one from their side has responded to any of the previous reviews - shows they don’t care at all.
