New withdrawal rules on Lucky Legends and Sunrise
- I requested a withdrawal for $1000 on 10/04/26.via Coindraw. I was due to receive the funds on 10/11. I didn’t receive it so I signed into my account today and the $1000.00 was magically out of the withdrawal status and back onto my playing account. Lucky Legends (and Sunrise) decided on 10/09 to downgrade my VIP Status and make me no longer eligible for the fastest withdrawal of Coindraw. Therefore I’m required to wait another 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for approval and then another 7 to 10 days for my funds to be deposited.Coindraw was an option when I requested the withdrawal but the casino decided I hadn’t deposited enough lately to earn the privilege of retaining the fastest withdrawal option (even after it was offered when I requested a refund.) Interestingly enough they will not allow you to deposit or claim free spins while you have a pending withdrawal so you get penalized for not depositing or playing even when the casino won’t allow play. The only thing that makes sense is this is just a stall tactic to keep from paying out the funds in a timely manner. As soon as I receive my funds (if ever) I will close my account permanently.

total scam.
- i made a deposit on lucky legends. went through my play through. I won 10000 and went to withdrawal. said because I played blackjack when my bonus said only slots and keno. It voided all pays. I lost the whole 10k when Ive been a loyal customer to them. I can forget about that 10k. No way to hold them accountable. Dont listen to the people that give them 5 stars. they probably work for them

Terrible Scam for sure
- First time user. Made a deposit for the 200x bonus match no strings. Advertised as no withdrawal restrictions and no playthrough. That was not the case the playthrough was the bonus amount and a minimum of $100 to withdraw. Support directly lied to me about this before I made my deposit. The funds were never pulled from my account so I requested the deposit be cancelled. My account was then closed no explanation besides them stating its been closed and chats ended. Now they wont communicate with me at all instead when they review my account I get the same account closure message and chat ended by support. This is a total scam the whole thing start to finish. If my account gets charged.....Ill be filing a dispute and a police report with your support teams lovely chats as proof. The amount of money is honestly miniscule but you wasted so much of my time just looping me in circles.

Now I play enough to know there is some kind of play through and even possibly a max cash out. I got at it played with the free $35 for a few days and had gotten up to around $100 at this time I decided to check the status of my account and see how much I had to play through to free up a deposit. My account said play through was zero and the amount in my wallet was withdrawalable. I know to with draw Im going to have to go through a whole ordeal of verification so I decided not yet plus its only $100 if I withdraw what will I play with?. So I went back at it and got up to $300 back down to $100 up back to $300 and then down to about $60 then I hit for like $460. I now have more than $500 in my wallet and it says I can withdraw it. How awesome!! Right?? So I go and tell my wife she is excited so I begin the withdraw process. Just like I thought there was a verification process you know take a selfie get pic of my ID and then they want me to deposit $10 in Litecoin so they can verify my wallet. I dont have a Litecoin wallet... No problem I have PayPal Ill just make one real fast and send them their $10 to verify. So I do just that. Wow!! Everything is going so smooth I the site informed that it was a success Ive been verified go head and make your withdraw. Awesome I love it when these sites are legit I just found a new site to play on sweet!! So I get an email from PayPal saying youve received a deposit. Awesome!! Woo hoo heres my winnings sweet! I open up PayPal and wouldnt you know the deposited back my $10 I deposited so Im thinking cool the rest is coming I mean they showed a message on their screen saying congratulations you winnings are on the way. Now I only withdrew $450 so I still have like $50 to play thats cool Ill play while I wait for the transfer... I go to play and it shows my account at zero!! What? It was just showing $50... I think hmm let me check transactions and I see my withdraw accepted then canceled by manager. Hmm oh not worry I see a with made by manager for a little less than what I withdrew... Ok they must be taking back their free coin they gave me whatever thats fair I guess. I see also a manager withdraw for the remainder that was left in my account .. hmm thats strange why send me that too when I didnt ask for it I wanted to keep playing. Oh well no worries when I comes Ill just deposit again since this site is so legit right? WRONG!!! It never came they kept it all without any explanation like I said even dipped back in and took what was left in my account. This site is bogus please do not waste your time or money on this site they are a scam. There is to many good sites out there to play on sites that are unethical. BEWARE of lucky legends that are a scam!!!!
