- I havent given them any money yet because I prefer to test these places out because I know that theyre lots of these casinos scamming people and they seem to be just another one I received an email from them at 1:41 p.m. at 2:10 I open the email up and was told I had 33 free spins so I said okay Ill play along I go in there try to redeem it at 2:10 it tells me that my coupon is expired just basically doing a bait and switch then I try to contact support and Im number 30 in line or 29 in line for support... I wont be giving the money money and Ill be blocking them and I would advise everybody else to stay away from based on the other reviews Ive already seen Im making a good choice by checking them out before I give them money. I have all the screenshots to prove everything in this review to be true

- I invested a lot of money into this site. lost over and over again which was fine. Then I finally got on a hot streak and racked my bankroll up to 10 grand. I went to do a withdrawal request. They told me my balance was non withdrawable and stole the whole 10 grand. And there is nothing that can be done because they operate over seas in a different country. No regulations. I took the hit and accepted the outcome after I cooled down from anger for several days. Do not play here. They will steal your money. But so quick to take it. Play at your own risk...

- Horrible these people kept giving me the run around would not pay me but had no problem taking my money well my bank Chase was all over it got me all my money back from these scammers hahaha so you people didnt get nothing off me. Please if anyone reads this dont make the same mistake That alot of us did I won supposedly a 1000$ won an additional 454$ kept repeatedly asking me for pictures of my debit card and birth certificate and Id Im pretty sure they stole my information but I already took care of everything with equifax and my bank letting them know the details and if further investigations will be necessary because fraud is highly illegal and these people overseas or not are not above the law.

Have extreme patience
- This site is decent. They always have a bunch of promotions. Ive won a couple times and cashed out successfully. The only con is the long wait time. 7-10 business days for approval then an additional 7-10 days to complete the transfer from what I remember. Customer support has always been helpful and friendly.

- Run! If you want to withdraw your winnings this is NOT the site you want. For some strange reason they will cancel your withdrawal in less than 24 hours WITHOUT communication as to why it was canceled. You have to reach out to them and get the runaround. When you finally get everything they ask for which no other online casino does they take at least a month to send your withdrawal. I have a VERY difficult time EVERY time. Run!!! New withdrawal rules on Lucky Legends and Sunrise
- UPDATE: won $8400.00 on Slotsgarden $1000.00 on Sunrise and $1500.00 on LuckyLegends on 09/27/2025. I just got the 1000 and 1500.00 last week. Slotsgarden still owes me 5900.00. They split the withdrawals down into Smaller increments and holding out paying. $1250.00 of it was was approved on 10/18 and I haven’t received it yet. Almost 8 weeks and still waiting for my funds. I requested a withdrawal for $1000 on 10/04/26.via Coindraw. I was due to receive the funds on 10/11. I didn’t receive it so I signed into my account today and the $1000.00 was magically out of the withdrawal status and back onto my playing account. Lucky Legends (and Sunrise) decided on 10/09 to downgrade my VIP Status and make me no longer eligible for the fastest withdrawal of Coindraw. Therefore I’m required to wait another 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for approval and then another 7 to 10 days for my funds to be deposited.Coindraw was an option when I requested the withdrawal but the casino decided I hadn’t deposited enough lately to earn the privilege of retaining the fastest withdrawal option (even after it was offered when I requested a refund.) Interestingly enough they will not allow you to deposit or claim free spins while you have a pending withdrawal so you get penalized for not depositing or playing even when the casino won’t allow play. The only thing that makes sense is this is just a stall tactic to keep from paying out the funds in a timely manner. As soon as I receive my funds (if ever) I will close my account permanently.

Terrible Scam for sure
- First time user. Made a deposit for the 200x bonus match no strings. Advertised as no withdrawal restrictions and no playthrough. That was not the case the playthrough was the bonus amount and a minimum of $100 to withdraw. Support directly lied to me about this before I made my deposit. The funds were never pulled from my account so I requested the deposit be cancelled. My account was then closed no explanation besides them stating its been closed and chats ended. Now they wont communicate with me at all instead when they review my account I get the same account closure message and chat ended by support. This is a total scam the whole thing start to finish. If my account gets charged.....Ill be filing a dispute and a police report with your support teams lovely chats as proof. The amount of money is honestly miniscule but you wasted so much of my time just looping me in circles.
