I played at this casino and won (lucky me) 800€.After verification and sending all the document the horror with this site started. They have cancelled my withdrawal about 8 times now. It started with their request of a deposit proof document on a particular day and time. I have send it like a good customer…… but after sending it 6 times i got really angry so I started a lice chat with a friendly person who asked me to upload the file in my account. I did and made another request for my withdrawal. CANCELLED because…… ( literally from their mail) :Reason:Bank account name is your name as it is written in your identity document. Without Mr. and Miss. and without any abbreviations(shortened forms of a word or phrase).So i have written Mw ( which is dutch as all my documents are) and made the request again. Guess what?
