- Be careful when it comes to money withdrawal it will take forever it has been 1 week they haven’t approved it yet( I doubt they will ever) withdrawal cancellations pop up each time they basically want you to cancel the withdrawal so you can loose it. Didn’t perform any KYC requirements and additionally the promotions (you have to wager 30x your deposit AND bonus. $500 deposit = $1000 x 30 = $30000 wagering…. The BIGGER catch?!?!?? - Awful. Phil in customer service is arrogant and if you bring an existing issue to his attention he will simply close the ticket. Had to send supporting documents to confirm account multiple times without success. They are definitely over holding as you can’t win anything compared to other casino sites which shows theirs are rigged. Avoid at all costs.

- absolute garbage. I activated the new user welcome offer where you get 100 spins after your first deposit and they only gave me 25. I tried using the spins and it kept telling me the game was restricted in Canada (which I knew was bs why would you allow Canadians to register then?) I then tried playing other slots to which it also told me that these games were restricted in Canada. Already frustrated I tried forfeiting my bonus and withdrawing my money so I could close my account but it said my money was locked and I cant touch it.
