• I have been on this site for a while while now and I think is a really great site but just been a bit upset because a few weeks back I won a 50 pounds voucher and till now has not arrived I have tried contacting them on the online chat and no response at all email them a few times no response either. And this is not the first time this has happened. But please this is not a bad review until this has happened whit the vouchers I had not issues at all so much so I still play on their site but I do have to say customer service at the moment is non existente. But overall great site

Mixed because I have won small amounts

• Mixed because I have won small amounts however this company along with others will disable certain games so you cant play them. (When you bet small and win big( not a huge amount) )they will send you on a wild goose chase saying things like clear cookies use a different browser etc knowing full well this wont work. This is a tactic that is used against players or they will send you information about responsible gambling.

He delt with my concerns not only in a professional manner but made me also feel like a customer and spoke with respect understanding what I was speaking about. • Very slow site and site tends to crash after finishing slots and other sites pay much better on similar slots too. I don’t believe RNG is being used here. Withdrawals was quick however (within 24 hours). But surprised the site does not ask for verification upon sign up which I tend to prefer so there aren’t any road blocks when it comes to withdrawing large sums.

• I deposited 2000 pounds and just started playing my balance at this particular bet was 1730 I placed bet and on 11 number I had nearly 75 pounds my bets were rejected and 11 came!!! I never got my winning my bet was rejected and my money was deducted the balance it showed in tht rejected was was zero i logged out and logged in again and my balance was now 950!!! Lying support staff

• Support staff will mislead or outright lie to you.Recently completed an offer which required opt in and wager on a set of games for cashback.Cashback wasnt awared on the correct day went onto live chat to chase. Took almost an hour to be connected to a support agent who initially stated I hadnt opted in (I had) then that there was no proof I had opted in (there was I took a screenshot at the time) then tried claiming I had wagered on a non-egliable game (I hadnt) before finally conceeding there was some miscommunication. Ive no doubt theyd have never paid out if I hadnt have screenshotted everything. Terrible service all round.

Awful

• Awful awful awful. Don’t bother - Lucky are possibly the worst of the three Rank sites I have the misfortune of being a member of - and Magical and Regal are bad! Can’t get hold of anyone at customer ‘service’ (it certainly is FAR from that) and if eventually they DO bother to respond (if you’re lucky within a week) they haven’t read your issue and either gaslight you or give you a standard ‘clear your cookies’ response. The complaints team at Rank itself are just as useless as well. If I could I’d delete all three accounts but I can’t! Safe to say I’m never using any of them again.
