- Signed up and when straight to the verification page the only document requested was source of funds no requests for any other documents. I provided the proof and the document was successfully verified. I went on to deposit and the deposit was successful but within seconds they locked me out the account requesting verification. Why take my money and then do that. I just want my money back. No response to emails whatsoever. Absolutely criminal.
