- I had only good experience with other sisters site so I decided to try it. I did my first deposit with the welcome offer of 2FS FOR each dollars deposited. The freespins supposed to be on Starbust from NETENT. I don’t receive it automatically so I contact live support. They told me the bonus team will contact me after made a check up for the reason I don’t receive it . I don’t worry with that and start to play. In the time I made my second deposit who’s supposed to be 200% of freespins for each $ deposited. On dazzlemegaway that I don’t receive it after my second deposit. I contact the chat again to told them and the agent told me that’s a fake promotion i got. They will not credited any freespins . I took screenshot of the email and the promotion directly on their websites and it’s the same offert. They said bonus team will check up that and contact you … bonus team never contacting me so 7days later I contact them again to asking for what I paid for and he told me it’s fake promotion because it’s wrote in French . ( Gmail translator automatic) well I took the same screenshot with email in English even the fact it’s the same promotion of they have on the website i resent all again and 3 day later nothing .. I contact them again with all the chat transcrit and all screenshot and finally the agent ( Amy) write she will credited it. She put 10 freespins on big bass bonanza. I was sure it’s a joke the first promotion supposed to gave me 40fs on starbust for 1st deposit and 50 on dazzle megaway for the second. I contact them again and she told me she will credited to me and she credited 30 more on big bass bonanza … i specifiate thats not what the promotion supposed to give and she left the chat without answering me again .. well to resume pretty bad customer support and folded promotion.
