Theres no redress its frustrating because there is no one to give you a straight answer if you query them they say your being rude and to wait 7 to 21 days excluding weekends which I just think its to long. They cut you off chat then block you don’t ever answer emails etc And despite giving them a mouthful and closing the account they have the audacity to think they’ll get another penny. Terrible casino

• Initiated a withdrawal on the 27th September for £260 to which I got an email saying it would be processed in 4 days. It is long passed this and now their automated chat service says it will be up to 21 working days. Essentially they are saying yes deposit as much as you want but if you want money back you can wait a month. Ive deposited £220 in total and just want my money back. I would recommend anyone else with issues to contact their bank and report them to fraud and initiate a chargeback procedure thats what Im doing.

• No stars. As you are aware I have had this problem since Jan 24 I withdrew £1000 and had 6 failed withdrawals each time back to my account. So when they emailed me on the 11th sep that it had been put back into my account. I decided to try withdrawing a lower amount of £500 and what do you know 13 working days still no withdrawal. Contacted customer services same old same old. You are never going to get your money.

I deposited way more than £1000 and received no cashback.2 weeks ago a £75 blackjack bet got cancelled and the money was never returned to me.Incorrect sports bet settlement.Live chat agents can do nothing. All they have the power to do is to email ivy (a VIP manager) or the support team. • Been waiting 30 working days for a withdrawal of £3450 (2 Feb) despite being fully verified - get the same pre canned phrases from the customer service bots.
