• I asked for my account to be closed only to find out it wasnt. Told me it can only be done if there is a problem gambling. I filed complaint but they refused to deal with me after being unable to show me where in their terms and conditions this rule was written. I thrn contacted mga as I was told by ecogra that this was their issue as holder of the gaming licence first they came back with a completely irrelevant answer so I asked again to answer me regarding my complaint issues. They then replied weeks later that the case has been concluded and the vendor contacted but they didnt tell me the result nor have they updated the vendor. • I play on Betrebels with Maltese license and I have never received feedback from this licensee despite 3 years that I play on that Betrebels site and I have never exceeded the single deposit on the casino slots. • MGA seems to be a wall players hit in disputes with casinos. I have never heard of anyone who ad a player has gotten their dispute ruled in favor by the MGA.Casinos on the other hand can behave as they want. • Two facts I must divulge. One I have never had direct interaction although I do interact with several of the sites that are said to be insured by them.
