Unwanted non stop emails

• Signed up on their sports betting site which they subsequently closed down.They have a casino site in which I have no interest they still send me emails for this and every time I receive one i hit the unsubscribe link.But I still receive promo emails even though I dont want any communication from them.DO NOT sign up with them youll never get rid of them

Must be fraudsters

• Updated to say.... They have just asked me to provide a different wageslip.... how can I provide a different payslip than the one my employer gives me. Laughable.Decent games however very slow app/website. Inconsistent withdrawal timescales slow replies to queries.ALSO MAY BE COLLECTING DATA FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.... as their source of funds check has now taken 2weeks with no information given etc.Poor way to treat ‘VIP’ customers.

Awful company

• Awful company I made a deposit on deposit on Friday of £20 and still haven’t received it on my balance. Spoke with customer support 8 times and everytime they say they’re waiting for an answer from the team keep getting told everyday complaints will contact me tomorrow.Their staff are extremely rude they just end the chat on you snd tell you you just have to keep waiting.They make it impossible to log aComplaint as every time you mention complaint they dodge the question or just ignore you if you constantly mention complaint and don’t drop the subject they’ll end the chat on toy

Passable site dodgy practices

• The website and functionality is passable at best but they have some odd/shady practices that have been mentioned by others. They highlight promotions you sign up for them then out of the blue they just tell you youre no longer eligible for promotions and when you challenge why you just get management decision at our discretion. While there is nothing illegal about that it is a bit of a bizarre practice to bar someone and offer zero explanation of why.

Parasites...

• Account only opened a matter of weeks some €140 up and wallop a restriction placed on my account. Website gave me a minimum bet figure & I couldnt even get this on. Queried it twice by email but MansionBet never had the manners to even reply. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Awful company

• Awful company. Very hard to get paid out if you win. One day they said after a routine review I could no longer receive any bonuses. I took out the balance and went on live chat (which is useless) and told them that after a review of my betting accounts I had decided to close my Mansionbet account. They really should realise that there are a lot of other bookies.

Awful betting site

• Awful betting site They completely ignore you. They do not give you free bets with the offers advertised. Hey bet a minimum of £10 a day and well give you a free £10 the following Monday. No free bet. Ive emailed them no reply live chat is a joke. Over an hour of my life Ill never get back. If trying to place an accumulator itll crash and delete the bet so you have to continuously sign back in. My advice is to just stay away.

• Horrible customer service they didnt honour my promo. Payments takes too send them numerous emails without a reply. This website should be shout down.

SCAM ARTISTS STAY CLEAR

• Con artists at work. Check reviews on both pages they are holding peoples money back when they win. I have sent numerous forms for perfect ID and they still say it’s not enough. Just say forget about me look at the other people it’s happening too. I have reported them to UK gambling commission

After bet settling I have being told that my account is restricted.They say that they have send me an email but when I asked to prove me that they obviously cant so they use excuses. Unprofessional and poor experience

• Customer service will refuse to honour offers even after qualifying bets are placed. Not a sustainable business model to lose customsers by refusing to honour their own offers they advertise to you. They dont seem interested in making an effort to keep customers. Stick with other bookmakers who treat their players better.

Rogue Traders

• The rogiest of rogue traders is Mansionbet. I opened up the account purely to do matched betting (where you offset your bets at Betfair guaranteeing a profit). I stuck to all the unwritten rules I.e. UK Premier League yes Iceland Womens Divison 3 no etc but still got a ban.They do a promotion where you bet 5 £10 bets in a week you get a free £10 bet the Monday after. Sometimes I did 6 or 7 bets. Anyway with the free bet it is SNR so makes sense to get high odds. Luck would have it that I’d choose a match where I won at Mansionbet at huge odds and pop I’m banned. They refused to honour my next weeks free bet so I reminded them that the UK Gambling commission would consider that particularly scummy so they let me do that one and now I am banned.Mansionbet- don’t bother replying on here. I am fully aware of what has happened.

No problems

• Despite being recently barred from taking part in promotions (the moral being dont win) this was my favourite bookie. Not just because I won more than I lostbut also because of the easy to understand website the easy to understand promotions and good odds. I never experienced any problems withdrawing cash and I always found customer service to be helpful. It loses a star as I now have to find a new favourite bookie....

Account revoked for no reason

• I joined up to Masionbet for a bit of fun and had not even deposited any money placed a bet or utilised a free promotion when I had an email to say that my eligibility to participate in promotions had been revoked - for no reason whatsoever! Absolute joke of a company which you should avoid at all costs.

• SCAM siteThey messaged to stop Sports betting out of the blue for no reason but wait . . . I can play their slots! which I have never fallen for. Apparently rigged and cannot withdraw your money.Next step - stop sponsorship with Bristol City FC.

Signed up

• Signed up placed qualifying bet for welcome promotion and account was immediately shut down pending 2712719 photos of my personal information. I sent them this and although passed the checks they blocked me from all future promotions (I never even did one promotion and my qualifying bet lost) so they just want your money. Horrible service traumatic am closing my account down.
