Unwanted non stop emails

• Signed up on their sports betting site which they subsequently closed down.They have a casino site in which I have no interest they still send me emails for this and every time I receive one i hit the unsubscribe link.But I still receive promo emails even though I dont want any communication from them.DO NOT sign up with them youll never get rid of them

• Awful company. Very hard to get paid out if you win. One day they said after a routine review I could no longer receive any bonuses. I took out the balance and went on live chat (which is useless) and told them that after a review of my betting accounts I had decided to close my Mansionbet account. They really should realise that there are a lot of other bookies.

We cannot disclose the team or the checks. ***But you just told me my ID is fine and all is verified***????Now your making a new reason???Day 3 advisor Lance personally guarantees me at the end of the 48 hr period the money will be sent back to my account as I want nothing to do with these people anymore but they are still doing checks with the relevant team. **still no idea who or what they are talking about as I have already been verified still will not tell me what the phrase relevant team means**4th call48hrs has now passed.Ben now comes with a new delay excuse movement.The relevant team need a couple more days before we can send your money back. your account is fine but there is a duplicate.Just want everyone to see the delay tactics lies and deception. There are no checks being done and the account is fine. • Why oh why didn’t I read these reviews firstly they are so accurate .Opened an account two weeks ago got message on App saying you’ll all verified and to enjoy the experience 😂.I tried to deposit and it says your settings will not allow you to use this function. I thought this was part of using a bookmaker you deposit you bet you win or lose. Anyway I used the live chat and after finally getting past people that said clear your cache use safari use another device. I tried these just to see and still the same. Got through again and a guy said you can’t deposit until you send identification selfie holding the identification proof of address docs. I emailed these immediately to the said email and also uploaded them onto their site. He said it can take 48 hours god knows why it should take so long ?? Anyway I waited three days of course heard nothing so I tried to deposit again no I can’t.Got back onto them and they then said I need a clearer selfie I was perfectly clear but I agreed to take another one which was ultra clear sent this in and waited and still no responses to three email I had sent in to the support email address. The communication is so so poor and two weeks later I’m no further forward. It almost became a challenge to me to get it open…. • Signed up placed qualifying bet for welcome promotion and account was immediately shut down pending 2712719 photos of my personal information. I sent them this and although passed the checks they blocked me from all future promotions (I never even did one promotion and my qualifying bet lost) so they just want your money. • MansionBet all of a sudden decided to stop letting me deposit without explanation when I questioned them they said they needed to carry out affordability checks after sending the same set of documents on three occasions they promised me a free bet of £150 on completion of a questionnaire. 2 months later I havent heard back from them despite chasing and still cant deposit avoid at all costs.

Rogue Traders

• The rogiest of rogue traders is Mansionbet. I opened up the account purely to do matched betting (where you offset your bets at Betfair guaranteeing a profit). I stuck to all the unwritten rules I.e. UK Premier League yes Iceland Womens Divison 3 no etc but still got a ban.They do a promotion where you bet 5 £10 bets in a week you get a free £10 bet the Monday after. Sometimes I did 6 or 7 bets. Anyway with the free bet it is SNR so makes sense to get high odds. Luck would have it that I’d choose a match where I won at Mansionbet at huge odds and pop I’m banned. They refused to honour my next weeks free bet so I reminded them that the UK Gambling commission would consider that particularly scummy so they let me do that one and now I am banned.Mansionbet- don’t bother replying on here. I am fully aware of what has happened.

• The website and functionality is passable at best but they have some odd/shady practices that have been mentioned by others. They highlight promotions you sign up for them then out of the blue they just tell you youre no longer eligible for promotions and when you challenge why you just get management decision at our discretion. While there is nothing illegal about that it is a bit of a bizarre practice to bar someone and offer zero explanation of why.
