• This site will keep your funds and closed account with random statement as breach of terms and conditions however they will never provide any proof which terms you breached.I have an ongoing issue of 0.1246 btc approx 14000 funds when my withdrawal denied and they are just saying one thing they closed my account for breaching there terms I am asking for proof they arent clarifying anything on that just giving standard reply here. This site is full scam if they are not either provide me evidence or give funds.

• This casino is a scam they dont allow withdrawals I have complained about them twice the first time they replied and asked me to send an email to process and resolve the issue but no one replied the second time I complained again and they still didnt reply dont they just ask us send an email to contact them just to deal with negative feedback? Anyway until now the customer service is still not solving the problem its been a week since I the email and there is no reply they simply dont want to solve my account problem they simply wont allow me to withdraw.

Glitchy software cost me a win

• I was on a great run at a blackjack table when the site suddenly froze and booted me out. By the time I reloaded my hand was gone and so were my chips. Support said there was nothing they could do. The site has potential but if I cant trust the software to be stable I cant play here. Really disappointing experience.

Forget about your money!

• I deposited 400$ and lost most of it which is alright so I made another deposit. Seconds after my second deposit I was blocked without any explanation implying I was taking advantage of their system all while being 400$ down. So I decided to to withdraw my second deposit but they asked me to do a rollover while limiting my options to some stupid slots and games. I was pissed off but I did what they asked. Later they asked for identity verification so I submitted my Canadian passport and scanned my face. After that they asked for a proof of address which is strange by itself but ok. They asked for bank statement with my address on it and I submitted. After waiting for a week instead of 24 hours they got back saying they need another one same story: one week later denied. On top of everything they asked for one more identity verification. This time I submitted my Canadian drivers license with my address on it scanned the bar code at the back for validation as well as my face. After that they asked for utility bills which is not used as a proof of address in Canada. Almost one month later of emailing and chatting with their support trying to explain that all my utility bills are under my partners name and they already have: my passport face scans drivers license and two bank statements both with my address on it they insisting on that utility bill! Dont believe me? Just go read more reviews mentioning this issue. If I could give it a lower rating I definitely would!

Got hit by kyc after making 50$ on my…

• Got hit by kyc after making 50$ on my 120$ deposit if I wanted to gamble at a regulated casino I wouldnt use a crypto casino by closing my account I requested my withdrawal which is 50$ over what I deposited (Withdrawal is possible when you close your account as of clause 9.1. in t&c - they just chose to ignore it and still require kyc). I have lost 40$ on slots then subsequently hit a coinflip on a 1 (ONE) sportsbet which hit. That does not trigger any reasonable kyc limits yet they hold my money hostage and refuse to even return the initial deposit after I told them Im willing to forfeit anything over that.All that for 120$.
