- I am writing this to warn other users about Mega Dice. After depositing $100 and participating in a 100 free spins promotion I completed the 30x wagering requirement as requested. However they have voided my entire balance without providing any specific reason citing a vague breach of terms while refusing to give any evidence.Even if there were an issue with the bonus they have no right to confiscate my initial $100 deposit which I used separately for football betting. I even cashed out early to be safe yet they stole my funds. Support told me their decision is internal and final and refused to assist further. This is a clear case of fund confiscation.I demand the immediate return of my $100 deposit and my legitimate winnings. Avoid this site if you value your money.Edit: After I wrote this complaint they took an interest and paid my principal after requesting KYC.

This was the first and only concrete action taken despite months of prior written notifications.Due to the continued lack of cooperation and transparency I have now escalated this matter to independent dispute resolution platforms for review.A self-exclusion that is confirmed but not effectively enforced across accounts — and only acted upon after direct confrontation — does not provide real player protection. This experience raises serious concerns about Mega Dice’s responsible gambling procedures.
