• This casino is a scam they dont allow withdrawals I have complained about them twice the first time they replied and asked me to send an email to process and resolve the issue but no one replied the second time I complained again and they still didnt reply dont they just ask us send an email to contact them just to deal with negative feedback? • I was on a great run at a blackjack table when the site suddenly froze and booted me out. By the time I reloaded my hand was gone and so were my chips. Support said there was nothing they could do. Forget about your money!

• I deposited 400$ and lost most of it which is alright so I made another deposit. Seconds after my second deposit I was blocked without any explanation implying I was taking advantage of their system all while being 400$ down. So I decided to to withdraw my second deposit but they asked me to do a rollover while limiting my options to some stupid slots and games. I was pissed off but I did what they asked. Later they asked for identity verification so I submitted my Canadian passport and scanned my face. After that they asked for a proof of address which is strange by itself but ok. They asked for bank statement with my address on it and I submitted. After waiting for a week instead of 24 hours they got back saying they need another one same story: one week later denied. On top of everything they asked for one more identity verification. This time I submitted my Canadian drivers license with my address on it scanned the bar code at the back for validation as well as my face. After that they asked for utility bills which is not used as a proof of address in Canada. Almost one month later of emailing and chatting with their support trying to explain that all my utility bills are under my partners name and they already have: my passport face scans drivers license and two bank statements both with my address on it they insisting on that utility bill! Dont believe me? Just go read more reviews mentioning this issue. If I could give it a lower rating I definitely would!

Got hit by kyc after making 50$ on my…

• Got hit by kyc after making 50$ on my 120$ deposit if I wanted to gamble at a regulated casino I wouldnt use a crypto casino by closing my account I requested my withdrawal which is 50$ over what I deposited (Withdrawal is possible when you close your account as of clause 9.1. in t&c - they just chose to ignore it and still require kyc). I have lost 40$ on slots then subsequently hit a coinflip on a 1 (ONE) sportsbet which hit. I sent them my bank statement but they rejected it and asked for another document. I sent a different bank statement which they also rejected demanding a utility bill instead. I provided a gas bill but they didn’t accept it either. I sent another gas bill—same result. Then I sent an electricity bill and guess what? THEY REJECTED IT TOO! That’s 5 documents in a row they refused to accept! Yesterday the option to upload verification files disappeared from their website entirely.This site is a SCAM! • I havent had any issues depositing or withdrawing using the telegram bot. The rewards system sucks they have you wagering a certain amount for a free dice roll the rewards on the rolls seem to change periodically the most consistent reward is either 5- 10 free spins at 0.20 on a certain slot (for example I believe my current daily is to wager 200usd for 1 free dice roll) or points which dont do anything other then leveling up your account rank. They dont have a huge variety of games certain providers are not even available (such as nolimit city massive studios etc) and the providers that are available do not have all games available. I would say in my personal experience out of all the crypto casinos I have played on MD probably has had the lowest RTP thus far.
