I really like the site play wise etc I have been verified for over a year so I shouldn’t have no issues. I deposited £30 this morning and…

• I deposited £30 this morning and declined the matched bonus offer for £30 I ended up turning that into £206.40 and tried to withdraw the site wouldnt let me due to a bonus being active. I contacted support via email and had no luck. I thought if I claim the bonus and then cancel it then I would be able to withdraw. This didnt happen as an error message keeps appearing when trying to cancel it.Again I spoke to support and they said they cannot cancel the bonus on their end (eventhough it says to contact support so that they will cancel the bonus if I was having any issues)I will be going to the local ombudsman if this matter doesnt get rectified as I have all the evidence I need and I havent spent a single penny of any bonuses.

Can’t withdraw winnings

• I was playing one of the slots I won £400+ tried to withdraw it and it had been allocated to my account as bonus funds which are non withdrawlable. I’ve deposited over £200 in total and can’t collect my winning. BE AWARE of all the email promotions too I get bombarded with emails at least 5 or 6 a day. Stay clear there are much better sites that actually allow you to withdraw your winnings. STEER CLEAR!!!!
