• Expencive smoke stinking dump!Paid a sick price but due to we had to go for a congres we took it. Staff that had no information no service no knowlege- they thought working there would make them kings- and queens- it doesnt. Dirty room hair in the drain spots broken bathroom equipment showercurtain was stained mirrors stained toilet full of crap. Walls are so thin you can hear what is said in the other end of your neighbors phone. Carpet in the room was worn down and really dirky. Wallpaper torn full of wear marks. Main lamp in beedroom was so full of spots and stains it looked like it was never washed. Casino area is unhealthy smokefilled and smoke drags into every restaurant making it stinking like an old joint in the early 80. Det some ventilation! The prices in the hotel restaurants and shops was just plain stupid. Food was less than average oversaltet and rather chewy. A $100 MGM steak I would charge $15 in my restaurant. I tested chiken- it was so dry and tasteless it was a shame! I would rather stayed at a cheap motel and had a better experience.

The MGM

• The MGM is a beautiful hotel! We were able to check in early and the concierge was very good!! The food however has gone down hill. Went to eat at the MGM Grand buffet and the food was very underwhelming. It was almost like we were at the Golden corral rather than a signature hotel. Lazy River was wonderful however $30 for a drink was honestly a little bit ridiculous!! Overall it was a fun experience.

• Still waiting on my deposit from the signature mgm grand resortits been pending on my cash app for over a week and a half now and trying to see whats the hold up at mgm grand 145 east Harmon avenue las vegas 89109 confirmation # 608195354.Mgm grand be quick to ask for their moneyand if youre a penny short they want allowed you to enter the roomeven if you already book and paid for reservations.Why is my deposit still pendingits suppose to take 2 to 5 business daysand its been 7 business days already.

Bravo MGM

• I am giving MGM one star because I am unable to give a score of zero. Unfortunately I was obliged to cancel a stay at the Las Vegas Luxor Hotel after hearing that members of their staff had contracted Covid-19 furthermore the buffet at the Luxor and many other MGM Hotels had been closed.We had booked the Hotel through a third party company - Agoda who to their credit refunded our money. However MGM Luxor retained a charge of £36.00 GBP. We were due to arrive on 15th March for a four night stay MGM subsequently closed all casinos on the 16th hotel closures followed on the 17th. Why will they not give a full refund?

Absolute scam

• Absolute scam offered free bets but after depositing and placing the qualifying bet I got no free bets. I then had to confirm my identity which I did but after doing this it would even let me log on.AVOID

I attended the Watch Party at the MGM…

• I attended the Watch Party at the MGM Grand for this year’s 2024 Super Bowl… What’s up giving out Raiders shirts for the Super Bowl where the Raiders are not even playing. We paid $500 each and that’s the cheapest gifts you try to hand out. Also shirts on the table again that had NOTHING to do with the game. My guess something left over from another event. I will never ever go back to this cheap old hotel…..

Room Flooded With Sewer Water

• My friend and I stayed at the MGM grand from May 21-25 2022 and had a terrible experience. On the second night our room flooded with sewer water. It filled the entire bathroom and bedroom soaking our suitcases. The smell was horrible and we had to fish our personal items out of the nasty water. We also had cuts and blisters on our feet from our heels and spent 15 minutes in our new room scrubbing our feet terrified we were going to get some nasty infection from the sewer water. We also had to clean our clothes in the bathtub of our new room terrible experience. We complained and the manager didn’t care at all and acted like we were a nuisance for being upset. I’ve never had a more disgusting experience with a hotel and would not recommend them to anyone.

This resort has drastically gone…

• This resort has drastically gone downhill. Very outdated and worn. The clientele matches the $35/night special rates. Parties in next rooms kept us up all night. Walls are paper thin. Fights in the lobby bar rap music blasting nonstop throughout the resort..shame on MGM. This was the filthiest hotel we have stayed in. Pay a few more dollars and go to Bellagio!!!

After spending $400 for an event and…

• After spending $400 for an event and $70 for valet it took almost 2 hours to get my car from valet. Valet attendants were rude and dismissive and in no way tried to ratify the situation. My friend paid for regular parking and was hone in 30 mins. So really what did u pay for?

Way over priced.

• First the price given by the front desk when I called didnt include resort fee parking fee or any of the other incidental fees. There is even a fee to use the refrigerator in the room. Im surprised they dont have a fee for the toilet paper. I remember the days when parking was free and you could actually use the refrigerator.

Do not pick this hotel

• Do not pick this hotel. The service is poor from start to end. The staff is rude they do not clean the rooms and they charge you $22 per bottle of water. These are the courtesy bottles that normal hotels leave on the tables free of charge. Forget this hotel.

• DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! the rooms were VERY OUTDATED! I had bites all over my back i believe the hotel had bed bugs! also they had no FRIDGE or microwave in the room!!! how were we supposed to eat and drink? also the ice machine and vending machine were BOTH BROKEN on my floor each night i woke up dehydrated!!! I paid 1000 dollars for an outdated hotel! also the bathtub and shower was so tiny it was hard to wash comfortably. the keys did not work for the room so we had to walk miles back and forth from registration to the room! and the lines in registration were so long and we had to wait even after already registering and checking in. the thermostat in my room had to be broken because we would put the temperature on low and i would still wake up in sweats. this hotel is definitely not worth the stay. I demand a refund i had a horrible experience!!!!!!!!!

Not the best hotel in Vegas

• Not the best hotel in Vegas but the nightlife is decent because of Hakkassan. The lobby of the hotel is a bit old outdated compared to other hotels. The pool and pool parties are cool. I would rate the experience between 3-4 stars maybe more towards 3. Other hotels like Cosmopolitan Venetian are simply much nicer.

The bed was very uncomfortable

• The bed was very uncomfortable only adjust air 2 degrees no coffee pot and just to put something in the fridge was $50 water didnt drain well at all very expensive food even in the food court.

Lacking in adminities in the rooms

• You need to add in room coffee makers safes and refrigerators This made our stay very uncomfortable I had higher expectations of this hotel.We will stay at the Golden Nugget next time they provide all of those adminities and a person stay far more enjoyable and comfortable

• Had a great stay here a few weeks ago. I defenitly recommend you pick a name brand like MGM when picking a hotel in Las Vegas trust me because you can get a great deal at another location but not the service or amenities.

Credit card FRAUD at Circus Circus…

• Credit card FRAUD at Circus Circus Hotel in Las Vegas. My family and I spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Circus Circus Hotel in Las Vegas. On the second day I requested towels from the housekeeping staff (via the hotel telephone). About 15 minutes later a staff member called to confirm my towel request and stated that she worked at the front desk. While confirming my towel request she stated that the computers used to register the guest had crashed and that she needed me to provide to her my full registration information (i.e. address home phone credit card number etc). I told her that it was strange to request this information over the phone and that I would physically walk to the registration desk and provide the information. She assured me that she was from the registration counter and thats why she knew about my telephonic towel request. Although I was very suspicious I provided the information to her. I then waited about 15 minutes and called my bank. The bank informed me of a fraudulent charge that was made with my credit card within the last half hour. After removing the charge and closing my credit card account I informed the hotel management staff of the incident. I deduced that the (fraud) violator worked in housekeeping based upon the scenario of the incident. The hotel management didnt seem to care much about the credit card fraud and simply referred me to other managers to seek retribution. I highly recommend that you do not stay at the Circus Circus Hotel ... or if you do be very careful that you do not become a victim of fraud.

Great rooms

• Great rooms great service and very helpful & friendly casino staff. Loads to choose from in terms of food & drink whether you want fast food or fine dining. Great location too would recommend the whiskey bar for chilling out with a drink and people watching if you need a break from gambling.

The MGM is one of the busiest casinos…

• The MGM is one of the busiest casinos on the strip and with this comes some challenges. Although I love staying/gambling here there can be some lengthy waits at check-in. This however has never stopped me from coming back and the proximity to all the strip has to offer is unmatched. Highly recommend.
