- Just eats deposits. They officially suck hacksaw games pay pennies and takes way to many spin before bonuses. Plus they got a weird tracker at the top that tells you what you get before screen is even shown makes me wonder. - Good platform overall good games and RTP is decent also has great daily bonuses and promotions. The reason for 2 stars is the redemption process they have push to card option which is usually instant or 24hrs I havent received it yet so well see. Long redeem time
- I really thought this was going to be one of my favorites super deals great games and responsive customer service. BUT I put in my redeem on 10/23 and still have not received it. Very disappointed. I was so tempted to play again on their site but I will not put another penny into moon spins until I see about getting my redeem and how long it will end up taking. If I get my redeem I will be happy to add the 2 more stars but as of right now it makes me want to rate them a 1 really. Other than that this site is great.THANK YOU MOONSPINS!!! Ongoing Issues with Daily Login Bonus and Poor Support Response
- Iāve been using this site for several months but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The daily login bonus is supposed to be 1 SC yet each day when I log in the rewards section displays ānothing to show here.āAs a result Iāve had to contact support daily to report that I didnāt receive my bonus. Instead of resolving the issue my daily reward was eventually reduced from 1 SC to 0.5 SC. Despite repeated assurances from support that the problem would be fixed nothing has changed.After months of the same issue and now a reduced reward simply for following up Iāve decided to stop using this site. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and addresses these ongoing issues for future users.

I swear it was advertised as fast redeems but now says up to five business days not happy about that but we will see. Fingers crossed. Will updateWell itās been four days still nothing. Possible identity theft and horrible redemption process
- So Ive recently bought a few of special offer packs that were offered to me in their store. I ran it up enough to cashout and filled out the redeem. It took them a week just to ask for more card information so I could verify that I own the card so that I could get the redemption then next thing I know Im getting charges from that same card I did not make. This could be a coincidence and someone else hacked my card info but its very suspicous and I wanted to see if anyone else had the same problem. Someone hacked my card at the same time I bought into moonspin.us. Now I had to cancel the card and I cant redeem. The redemption process is terrible. I would not recommend this site to anyone there are many better places to play.

- Iām giving two stars because I like the promotions! Decent discounted packages are usually available for$19.99 (25 sweeps and 20 free spins). My issue is I completed my KYC verification 6 months ago. Why does it take so long to process redemptions? I gave all my information upfront (identification bank statements debit/ credit) to prevent a delay. I submitted my redemption request for $200 on 10/24/25. Itās been four days and itās still pending. I should have read the reviews first!

- Heads up they are now banning fully verified accounts for made up literally impossible UTTERLY reasons if you win anything. They have banned hundreds of people i talk with lately for duplicate accounts. Which is hilarious considering its quite literally not possible to do this. This garbage brit website requires FULL KYC VERIFICATION INCLUDING LIVE FACE IDENTIFICATION to even MAKE an account let alone play. And it immediately kicks you out if duplicate info of any kind is found. Therefore its impossible in every way to do this. - So far everything seems good Iām giving three stars initially because of the many reviews citing a long wait time for redemptions.
