I’ve e-mailed several times and keep getting told it’s been escalated for review and that’s if I get a response at all. It’s $100 redemption…come on guys. Do better. Will update if I ever receive it.

- I want so bad to give moonspins a 5/5 but it’s 2026 and there’s no reason the redemption time should be 5+ days. The casino itself is great the game selection..great verification process so easy. But why would i play here when I know I can play at several other reputable casinos and get my redemption within 24 hours. Like I said this could be an upper echelon tier casino but the redemption wait time is really holding it back. If it says redeem within 3-5 days then redeem the prize within 3-5 days… I’ll be more than happy to change my review to a higher level if my redemption time goes through anytime soon

- I have been waiting about 10 days for a $100 redemption. I have emailed several times and keep getting the runaround. I like the site and it has a decent bonus and decent deals but I would be concerned for a big win if it takes this long for $100. I will update my review if this is quickly resolved but no luck so far.

Site went downhill fast.
- Site was doing okay for a bit. Good bonuses games that pay and then they added a new VIP system. It promised expedited redemptions. However my first and only redemption since getting the VIP status has been pending for nearly 3 weeks now. So much for expedited I guess. Redemptions used to take 3-4 days now they take nearly a month and counting. Sad.They also removed the refer a friend program in order to make the platform fair or some other such nonsense. I dont know what happened but this site is going downhill fast and who knows maybe theyre running out of money.

- I submitted a withdrawal on February 3rd. I still havent been paid. I talk to support almost daily and they tell me that they promise to escalate and expedite my redemption. It has been 20 days. There is literally no reason it takes this long unless they are running a ponzi scheme. If you deposit money you will likely never get paid.

- I used to think this was probably a pretty good site until I hit a feature on Luxor gold hold and win and the site has been malfunctioning ever since. Every time I try to open the game now it kicks me out the game malfunctioned mid feature and every time I try to open it now it says disconnected from the server tap anywhere to try again when I contacted the support they said I have to send them all the screenshots how much money I’ve won when I haven’t even won any money because the feature won’t finish and all this other requirements just seems like bullshit to me. I used to think they were a good site now I’d say stay away. They won’t help you with problems their site brakes and they won’t fix it and they act like they need all this information to do it stay away. Edit: been over a week and the game is still stuck in a feature that I’m unable to collect winnings from. Stay away from this site they won’t even respond to my emails anymore Final edit: so I was finally able to play the game but they stole the feature from me and I had hit a jackpot but it hadn’t been revealed yet that’s minimum $4. BUT…..they have the most ridiculous redemption waiting period. They say 5 days but I’ve waited longer as well.
