• First of all they have a wide selection of games and providers and their daily 1 SC bonus is more than most other social casinos offer.They do pay out on redemptions but the reason I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the delay in approving my redemption and lack of communication during the redemption process. • ⚠️ My Experience with Moonspin Casino – A Serious Warning I had been playing on Moonspin Casino for some time and after going through their full verification process I even had a history of successful redemptions. Everything seemed legitimate at first — until my most recent withdrawal request. I submitted a redemption and then… nothing. Nearly a week passed with no update. When I finally submitted a support ticket Moonspin responded by claiming I had created multiple accounts which is against their policy. Because of this supposed violation they said my account was being closed my credits were confiscated and my balance withdrawn ($335) Yet strangely they also told me that if I wanted to continue playing I could do so from this “other account” that they said existed. The problem? I had no recollection of this other account whatsoever. After digging deeper I realized I did attempt to create this other account forgetting completely I already had a verified account. (Leg amputation surgery will tend to make ones focus go elsewhere) But the buck stopped there when a notice popped up stating I already had an acct under that number. It had never been verified never deposited on and showed zero activity since the day it was opened. Still Moonspin used it as justification to seize my legitimate winnings and shut down my verified account. I spent hours upon hours headache on top of headache trying to resolve this sending over 35 emails to their support team. Each time I explained the situation clearly but the responses were dismissive and repetitive. Finally I was told this was a “management decision” and that my account was permanently closed with no further recourse. This was not just disappointing — it felt like outright theft. To be verified have a redemption history and then suddenly lose access to my account and balance because of something outside of my control is unacceptable. ⚠️ My warning to others: Be very careful with Moonspin Casino. • Moonspin didnt offer any incentives for writing a review so this is organic and possibly biased. Biased because its being written right after a massive run and redemption(pending). • I have been locked out of my account for 2 weeks with no help from support. I have about 400-500 bucks in my account. They asked for pictures of my bank cards and they unlocked my account. 3 days later they locked again asking for a selfie with id and bank cards. I gave it to them and they asked for a better picture of one card and they accepted it. 2 weeks later support no longer responds. I know they looked at the pictures and refuse to do anything. It doesnt take 2 weeks when they did it in a day before. Also they straight lock you out of your account for pictures why? When you take pictures it has to be a selfie with a paper with moonspin and date on it. Hostage type stuff Im surprised they didnt want me to get todays newspaper. I have retaken the pictures to see if I could get support to relook and I got nothing. I asked for a refund for unused SC and got nothing. So my next course of action after doing everything in good faith is write this and spend the next couple months fighting them on chargebacks for a couple hundred bucks. I will say I never had a problem before from this site and I may be just one out of a thousand that gets treated like this But I beleive everyone should know this is how they can and will treat a customer.
