- If you win dont expect to ever see your money. I have had $2500 redemption pending since February 10. Its almost a month later and its still pending. Thats unacceptable when theres plenty of other places to play. Id suggest you skip Moonspin and find a more reputable site.

REDEMPTION ISSUES
- I have played with monspins for a little while and never no issues. I go to redeem my winnings and alls good. Their platform as well as customer states I have the emails it takes up to 5 days to be approved ok no problem. Here it is the 5th day & all of sudden they said it could take a little longer. They have had my request since the 1st of March itās now the 5th of March. Youāre going to tell me out of all those days you had my request you didnāt approve one time? Why? Whatās the point of ppl sending requests if yall canāt do what your timeframe says on yalls website and in emails! **UPDATE**My redemption is still pending and has been since May 1st @ 11:42 am. Long redemption process its
- So I finally got to the point where I could redeem $100 from my sweepstakes coins on Moonspin. I submitted my request on Tuesday March 3rd @ 11:52 pm I understand the process takes 5 days. After reading a lot of reviews on here and a few other sites the most common thing is that this particular online sweepstakes casino takes minimum 5 days too redeem prizes. Im being unusually patient about it and Im just leaving the money in there alone Im not canceling my redemption or anything Im just going to see how long it takes. I received an email from the staff on their site after I inquired about the status of my redemption and he told me that my account is on the review. So Im thinking its just going to take an extra few days Its probably going to be more like 8 or 9 days when I finally get it but thats my educated guess based on other reviews Ive read. Its now Friday March 6th 2026 8:40 am. My guess is that I will have to wait patiently until next Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. Today is Monday March 9th its still saying my redemption is pending and the customer service representatives said its under review . I dont think Ill be receiving it anytime soon. I am beginning to think its a scam.

- Normally I would give this place a much higher rating due to actually enjoying the platform and the games they have to offer. I usually participate in the tournaments that they offer and I am the highest VIP tier so you would expect some sort of better treatment right? Well I am currently still waiting on a redeem for over 2 weeks now. - Iād give moonspin 3-4 stars right now. Up until a few weeks ago Iād have given moonspin 5 stars and said theyāre just about the best in the business but in conjunction with redemptions taking 3+ weeks and them doing away with their lunar delights happy hour and regular deals itās hard to justify depositing there at the moment when so many other casinos offer more SC and process redemptions either instantly or within a couple days. That being said if they fix these two things moonspin would be one of the very best social casinos. Donāt be discouraged from depositing if youāre not concerned about redemption timeframe they ALWAYS pay.

- ****Update**** it is now March 9th and I still have not received my redemption. I continue to get the same thing over and over again. āWe have escalated this to the appropriate team for review.ā Six different times. Itās clearly not been escalated anywhere. Most recently I was just told they have no timeframe to provide me on when I will receive my winnings. I find it very hard to believe they are so backlogged that they canāt process a $100 redemption from nearly three weeks ago. I give fair and honest reviews and would have been willing to change my rating had they actually done something to move this along. Super disappointing. I will continue to follow up until I receive my redemption. - I want so bad to give moonspins a 5/5 but itās 2026 and thereās no reason the redemption time should be 5+ days. The casino itself is great the game selection..great verification process so easy. But why would i play here when I know I can play at several other reputable casinos and get my redemption within 24 hours. Site went downhill fast.
- Site was doing okay for a bit. Good bonuses games that pay and then they added a new VIP system. It promised expedited redemptions. However my first and only redemption since getting the VIP status has been pending for nearly 3 weeks now. So much for expedited I guess. Redemptions used to take 3-4 days now they take nearly a month and counting. Sad.They also removed the refer a friend program in order to make the platform fair or some other such nonsense. I dont know what happened but this site is going downhill fast and who knows maybe theyre running out of money.

- I submitted a withdrawal on February 3rd. I still havent been paid. I talk to support almost daily and they tell me that they promise to escalate and expedite my redemption. It has been 20 days. There is literally no reason it takes this long unless they are running a ponzi scheme. If you deposit money you will likely never get paid.
