I do not like it when I feel like I have been duped
- I do not like it when I feel like a casino takes away what you have won when you spend winnings on a bonus round. Very disheartening. My first time getting up to $80.00. But when I used $19.00 of it for a bonus round but I lost most of it. I was done then. My first time really playing. Now I plan on deleting my whole profile. I am slowly paying attention. People notice if a Casino has your best interest at heart.

LONG PAYOUT WAITING TIME
- I remember when moonspin.us use to use crypto as a deposit and withdrawal method and omg now that they don’t…..the payout time is EXTREMELY longer!! I remember when I first created an account on this site I had come up like $279 or something like that off there initial like at the time I believe it was like 1.30 or 1.50 in SC coins or whatever and they denied it at first and then said the max cash out on the free $$ with them is $100 so they denied it and changed my balance down to only $100 so I thought that sucked right? So Anyways so I cash it out and I got it like hmm within an hour or so…NOW…I even made a purchase and ended up winning $100 off it and it’s been 2 or 3 days now and still haven’t received my pay out!! I use to tell everyone oh moonspin has instant payouts…NOT ANYMORE!!! Horrible horrible HORRIBLE!!!

- i won a fair amount and the slots dont seem like they have bad RTP or artificially lowered RTP as some other sites do (tsk tsk) AND they have every single Hacksaw which is so awesome... Daily bonuses havent been crediting to my account for over a month Ive had to email support daily to receive one due to technical issues that no one else seems to have. In truth theyve deactivated my daily bonuses because I havent made a purchase recently. Same goes for the free spins offer every week. They give me the same runaround response every time I email them too stating Just a reminder the daily login bonus (0.5 SC + 1000 GC) has three conditions: Your Sweep Coins balance must be below 1 SC.You must be subscribed to receive our marketing communications;The bonus is triggered upon login every 24 hours from your last claim; If you ensure you meet these conditions daily you will continue to receive the bonus automatically.. I meet these conditions daily and it does not make any difference. And although Ive been emailing them for a month straight they still reply every time as if the problem is me and they do NOTHING to resolve it in the long run. Im also aware of what theyre going to respond with so Ill just answer that too preemptively: No this isnt the same email I used to sign up at your crappy site. I think this extreme play-through is from collecting dailies but I am not sure.Besides this I was wondering why my play-through wasnt decreasing and reached out to support.
