• I am a severe gambling addict and have battled this disease for many years and have tried GA medicine counseling etc to no avail. A few nights ago I mindlessly like a zombie with no control played every penny I owned at thus site until the only thing that stopped me was not having any more money. I was even way ahead and my disease would not allow me to stop and cash out. My partner walked in and saw this and helped me to write an email asking for a refund and ban (shouldn’t have been allowed to play here anyway). I blind person could see that these deposits and play were not of sound mind and were the result of addiction but this site responded with no care and basically said no refunds even though I provided them the signed casino ban with my state they still didn’t care. They just wanted to profit at any costs even over the well being of me and my family. You see if you can gamble for entertainment than that’s great and those should be the players this site should want but instead they seem focused on profiting off of addiction instead of doing the right thing here.I believe this site operates with an overseas owner that could care less about Americans and their well being only in it for profit.The sad thing is they acted like they were going to help me at first and just strung me a long for a few weeks and then said sorry we are keeping the money that you spent not for entertainment but due to a disease you cannot control. Long redemption times

• So I like this platform. Good bonus daily. The games are fun. But they are very slow at redemption. Which confuses me. Cause I read a bunch of reviews that says they got there redemption in hours or a day or two. As for me it’s already been 5 days. Is it cause I won on a free daily bonus so I’m a lower priority. • Great experience here for a Long time but recently they accidentally admitted they are going under with their poor decisions. Anyone who plays here knows the ONLY way to create an account is to FULLY verify it with photo ID full name that matches bday parts of SSN and a liveness check. And without doing this you cannot access the website in any way shape or form. So imagine my surprise when i received an email at 8:11am this morning saying they were sorry to inform me of my duplicate account violation and they had to ban my account. Very interesting indeed! Im rather impressed with myself honestly i managed to not only make another account with them while unconscious and unaware that has the same info as my real account and bypassed a very strict and secure identity verification 3rd party platform they and many others use to verify identity and ensure no duplicates! • I would say that they have earned a 5 star review. They do indeed offer a daily bonus that includes a 1 SC. I have turned that 1 SC a couple of times into a redemption. My first redemption was fairly quick within 24hrs it was deposited into my checking account I provided. The coin packages are reasonably priced and they have many to choose from.
