• I won a lot of money (70.000 DKK) and they are refusing to pay out even though I’ve verified my account and they have approved it. They are no longer answering my emails and still have not sent me my winnings. I have contacted an attorney and will pursue legal action. Update: Shortly after sending this my money was sent (what a coincidence eh?). However when I went to log in I was BLOCKED FROM PLAYING ON THE SITE. • Logged in Spain and lost several hundred pounds. Then I was told gaming in Spain was restricted and I shouldnt have accessed the website...but no refund of stakes. It was a good casino at the beginning

• It was a good casino at the beginning been playing here for the past 6 months and as of now im -80% from all the bets made. These last 2 months was an unlucky streak had a big win 4 months ago but after that nothing.Game selection is mediocre nothing special. Website loads ok with occasional errors. Withdraw time is also pretty quick. Cant say anything bad from chat support never had problems there. A plus from me because of responsible gambling limits implemented here.

Let me open an account deposit £300 and play half of it then kick me out of the game I’m playing and not let me log back in spoke to customer chat and said because I have a William hill account I can’t have one with them and they are closing my account. I said ok are going to refund my deposit and you’ve basically stolen £140 from me when I shouldn’t have been able to open an account at all. They’ve refused and just refunded what was let in my balance. I’ve forwarded it to the gambling commission and the ADR provider for investigation. Is advise anybody else having issues with them to do the same!!

Been on to live chat four times now with it’s been escalated to our finance team and your money is safe rubbish! • Guys back a while I won a total of 80000 gbp and they blocked my account requesting further identification which I provided over and over again however they kept delaying my withdrawal of 80000 gbp. The funny thing is that they’d let me play with those funds that were pending withdrawal ( waiting for identification which I provided again n again) but wouldn’t let me withdraw.
