- What a joke of a site won’t respond to emails or let you close account through live chat so if you open an account you can’t close it so the temptation is always there even though the slots are terrible with the worst bonuses I’ve ever known

- what a scamming site this is! I withdrawed 2 x £500 kept getting told wait 3-5 days I then waited almost 2 weeks to then get a email to say it’s been cancelled when I went onto live chat they told me it’s because my bank cancelled the winnings going in so I rang my bank they never did such a thing! To then withdraw my 2 x £500 again to be now waiting nearly another 2 weeks and still says under review live chat just says the same thing like it’s a robot speaking doesn’t answer your questions properly. Such a scamming site! Will keep you all updated

- 2 major issues watch your balance when you win the money doesnt always add to your balance you spin and spin and every now and again the money doesnt get added its skimming money. Second issue wait times are a joke no weekends included either which is simply a delaying tactic to try and get you to revert money.

- Do not use Mr punter betting site unless you want to wait a week for your money it feels like your never gonna get it customer service or live chat just say be patient but all they want you to do is cancel and re bet with it plus they charge commission for deposits I would steer clear just saying from my own experience

Update Feb 16th - still no response - further emails sent and live support is cut and paste.. AVOID Update: Feb 18th - bank have successful conducted a charge back against this company and money returned.Have initiated proceedings against them via the bank.
