• Absolute joke of a site - live support just tell you they notify departments and await a response they dont respond to emails and been waiting for a winning bet to be paid that still hasnt 2 weeks later.. Have initiated proceedings against them via the bank.

• Chased for over a week to get my winnings but keep getting told to come back. Honestly a great site for the games but they have not paid out on 5 of my bets and they just send you in circles when chasing.

• Joined up last week and deposited then I won a little back ( not more than I deposited) had to wait 3 working days after being verified for my winnings. After that it kept taking taking taking my money. I played on fishin frenzy as most of the other games won’t load and on 50p and 60p spins very rare the scatters came in and when they did you got nothing for the first 5/6 spins then very little for the last 4 spins and same with other playing amounts. Also keeps restarting the game. Something not right here guys . I will update if there any changes.

A lot of messing about and bad customer services

• I won a few small amounts a few times the withdrawal was fine took 3 working days. I then had a win of £1700. Suprise suprise they want to verify the account. I uploaded documents straight away. I gave it the 3 working days they ask for and nothing. Contacted webchat multiple times and they all used copy paste answers and couldn’t tell me anything. They all seemed to say different things with one guy even saying my withdrawal was being processed. I decided to try emailing to see if I got any help. Guess what……there was a problem with my banks side of things even though the transaction was still showing as being checked on their website. I know that I won’t see a penny of my winnings which is disappointing as I quite liked the website. This is not a licensed site so I guess they can do what they want.***UPDATE***My account has now apparently been verified let’s see if I get my money. I’ll update if I do. ***UPDATE***My withdrawals were in 3 parts with some of the funds waiting to be withdrawn as you can only withdraw £500 at a time and have 3 pending withdrawals. A bit slow in withdrawl ( 3 WD ) but still in legal turnaround time in the UK

• I do not know exactly why the reviews here are bad - 3-5 working days are in the legal turnaround around time of a company in the UK or EU processing payments ( the full time a company in the UK has turnaround time to process a payment according to the Financial Conduct Authority FCA is 10 working days - no Saturdays and no Sundays please check for this fca.org ) A casino might or might not have fast payment withdrawls but it is still a company and its still legit. They do have a license but its not in Great Britain. I found this out by visiting a website called Mr. Gamble which immediately displays a warning when you enter Mr. Punter in the search saying that it is not licensed in my country of residence. The casino is run by Adonio N.V. and operates under a PAGCOR licence which is based in the Philippines. PAGCOR might not be the most re-assuring license provider but gambling without first researching a website is a choice we make. We can not blame others when we thoughtless give our money away without being deeply interested to which company it goes. I had taken out an offer over a third party provider called Swagbucks which offers incentives like 20-35 £ to make a deposit of 10-35£ on different gambling websites ( using the Torox offerwall ). I do always test first a website with a small amount before I use it to deposit a larger amount. So I had taken out this offer deposited 35 and won 38 on Sportsbetting which isnt much only 3 £ but I got from Swagbucks the points ( worth around 20 £ ) because I clicked myself through their Torox offer wall on their website when I visited Mr. Punter. The points on my Swagbucks account appeared nearly instantly after the football match was finished and Swagbucks has the responsibility to handle the business in between them and Mr. Punter. After my 38 £ was processed in 3 days ( yeah I know not fast but still legal in the UK ) I can not say anything negative here. Its our own responsibility to protect our deposits and wins and if we understand that we can make the right decisions.

Avoid at all costs!

• Absolute diabolical and unlawful practices. Do not deposit with them. Trust the reviews. They do not pay out. They will take your money but your withdrawal with continuously get declined. Usual generic bullsh*t of a payment provider issue. Seriously avoid them!!!! I have now added a second bank account that facilitates an IBAN number. I won’t hold my breath.
