Biggest scam

• Biggest scam. Played crossword game that said wasnt a winner but I noticed some letters had not been highlighted thought it might of been a crash in system. Tried again and noticed letters I had werent being highlighted on board. I did win $6 but half of my letters were not showing highlighted. When a I showed screenshots to them they told me the game is already pre determined on purchase. I feel this is clearly misleading for people and not acceptable

• Recent change when you log in. Now theres a default limit per 7 days of $12. You have to adjust it to your weekly limit spend so I did x3. Kept it at $12. • I’ve been playing online lotto draws for nearly weekly for 4 months now and not once have I ever won anything except bonus line. Rip off.. and all I see are people always winning major jackpot prizes from store bought tickets. What’s the point of launching online if no one wins anything from it. A very large amount of tickets are sold twice a week and yet no one can win it with only 7 numbers to me that’s weird I feel that the more it goes up the more tickets are brought for lotto. • It says on the app i won 20 NZD when i scanned a ticket bought instore and went to whitcoulls LOTTO branch at glenfield mall and i only got another ticket! Whats up with that LOTTO?? Another thing shouldnt the app keep a record of my winning ticket? • Ive changed from playing online to buying in-store. The app and site was not updating the balances when winning small amounts (20 40 60 100 anything below 1000) since Jan 2023 for me anyway. So didnt get paid to me what I won. How many others out there going through the same thing. I updated app as well.. same thing. They used to until I noticed it. I emailed them 3 times no answer at all which says alot. They are dishonest stealers. Wont happen now with the paper tickets.

• I have been using MyLotto for the last 2 months. I was sceptical at first view not knowing how it functioned but sufficient to say that I found the lotto games in their site to be very reasonably priced and to top it they have a very friendly and informative customer service who replies very promptly and cleared up the doubts. My initial deposit was made attractive by their adding the same amount and the best deal for me was the very Indian app for deposit which saves a lot of headache. Dissatisfaction with sharp practice

• I am a disabled pensioner suffering from chronic pain and several debilitating conditions. I have ME which impairs my concentration and gives me severe fatigue. In May 2020 I was sent an advert for your lotto service. I telephoned them and was persuaded to sign up for a trial period of three months at a cost of £54 a month to be put into a syndicate. In September a fourth payment was taken from my account. When I contacted YLS they said I had agreed to a rolling contract but no mention was made of this in the initial sales pitch. It was in the paper work but I missed this. I made three attempts to get this payment reimbursed without success. The staff we dealt with were brash and quite intransigent. I think this is sharp practice and these are not nice people to deal with.

• This has easily become one of the worst lottery/gambling affiliate programs out there. They recently had to completely re-brand their product to Jackpot.com due to so many horrible reviews of their previous program and now theyre spamming TrustPilot with fake 5-star reviews to help cancel out the terrible accusations found on similar review sites.I had previously made them thousands of dollars through their RevShare program but they still have never paid out my commission. After months of emails and attempts to collect my money through Paypal Payoneer and wire-transfers they now refuse to use those payment methods and insist on using services like NETeller and Skrill (which have HORRIBLE reputations here on TrustPilot).In short this company has absolutely no interest in compensating their affiliates and they have a terrible reputation of blocking customers after taking their money.
