• I’m jumping in to give a 4-star review. I don’t recall ever having an issue with MyPrize; they have all the top game providers and to my knowledge the daily bonus is the highest of any platform.They offer several payment options and instant redemptions which is important to me. They also provide discount bundles every day and gave me early access to a VIP host—whose kindness and helpfulness really enhances the overall experience. • Had a great experience. Was verified in under 5 min was able to cash out and received the money almost instantly. I had to contact support when I was redeeming through email first due to an issue on my end. They helped me resolve within a few hours. Cash out options are Skrill Areopay ACH USDC Only Crypto. Which is a bit lacking. Could add Apple Pay or push to bank card. And no chat options with support are available. But I had a good experience overall. Responsible gaming tools are available instantly which I appreciate too. 👍

• I went to withdraw 1000 SC and say it was charging me a 35 dollar fee which is absurd. Support told me due to certain patterns of play I am being charged 3.5% on my withdrawals. The old 1% was ridiculous enough. Never mind 3.5%. I can see why my prize is so poorly reviewed!

It is a long message so I’ll just share the email I sent to My Prize Support about the situation: “I tried to send a message via the website but was not able to but it looks like my account was possibly hacked on your platform. I have already changed my password but this is the thing. Someone used my account information to play a game that I was not even playing. In the midst of that I am missing a $100 deposit that I placed in the account and whoever the person is also withdrew winnings along with my deposit to their Skrill account. I do not use Skrill for purchases or redemptions. I included the below email in order to show the Skrill wallet that the money was redeemed to and also included the screen shot to show the purchase I made and the purchase whoever this person is made of $20 via Skrill. I am working diligently to change other passwords because again these people have also started using my email to suscribe to all kinds of different websites and are trying to get into my Reddit account as well. Please let me know what can be done about this and again I have already changed my password on MyPrize.”After I sent this email I got a response fromSupport that everything would be looked into and that they apologized I experienced this. To help protect your account moving forward we recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your device securing your device with a strong password and ensuring your login details are never shared.”I think it is pretty bad how a website can have an obvious breach of their security and still don’t try to rectify the situation. I had been redeeming and paying for my coins using my debit card and my bank account but whoever hacked my account used Skrill to redeem and to make a purchase. Like that should be proof right there that something is wrong and I should be compensated. I am only asking for my$100 deposit back. After this last email from customer service I have not gotten any other response to my messages. My account is still “restricted” and I have not gotten any answer on when it will be unlocked.
