• It’s been over a week and I still cannot redeem my winnings. They don’t have my bank in list of banks to redeem too (imagine that but they can take payments from my debit card through that bank hhhmmm???) I emailed customer service because it says if you have trouble linking your bank to do so but haven’t received any responding email yet. I redeemed winnings from another site that I just signed up for and was able to redeem immediately. I’m not sure what the problem is but until I get this resolved and get my money I won’t be putting another dime on this site.
