My bank wouldn’t link with their system for some reason and I’ve never done crypto before but that was the only other option I had to get my redemption. For four days now I’ve been trying to get them to fix their wrongdoing because they sent my crypto to the wrong address I’ve sent them screenshots proving it as well and I also have screenshots of all the very little responses I’ve received from them saying the same thing. They made the mistake and now are not taking ownership in it and getting me my $280 if it was $20 I wouldn’t care but $280 I do. So I’m leaving a review here in hopes they see it and will fix their mishap and do the right thing and get me my $280 somehow. Does anyone know their corporate office phone number because their support staff will not give it to me or let me speak with a supervisor either and the only way to contact them that I know of is via email or which gaming commission I need to contact to let them know what they’re doing.
