• The ONLY issue me and my husband have had with *MYPRIZE* is in regards to an address verification which we submitted immediately literally almost 3 business days ago and we still havent been able to cash in My husband was hit by a car while inside the cross walk and currently has a broken kneea broken fibia and tibia and fractured elbow and some road rash and we could really use our referral money to pay for his medication

Starts great then they just turn into a bunch of crooks

• As youll see there are alot of good things about this site and I was very happy for a while but once youve played a while and figured out what is worth playing and what isnt they start making sure you cant win. Including blatantly cheating and not paying out hands in live games which is how even the lives games can be rigged. Id been reporting issues trying to get referral bonuses which never work. And then ive had issues with the displayed limits not being right which has cost me quite alot progressively betting and getting cut off without expecting it. Conveniently each had it happened id finally win but I wouldnt be playing in that hand sinde my bet was denied for being over the limit. But thats coincidental. When I asked support about it they just say contact the other support(they always do this. Theres a game support and host site support and they always send you back and forth) then one day after repeatedly mentioning it in my list of grievances unresolved they tell me the limits are posted outsiee the games in the descriptions as mandated by some law. But thats a lie too. They just have it in front of rhe. Blackjack I played but it funny enough isnt or isnt correct everywhere else ive seen. But what finally ended my time there for good was when I discovered 2 hands 4 rounds apart in blackjack they flat out didnt pay when I win. I spent a week reporting it. After shutting down their normal bs i finally get told the stipulations of the hand and what went down and what should be paid out. Im losing it upon reading this thinking the fools cared so little they misread the screenshot of the hand showing the situation and think I lost. I tell them I agreed. Now I just want the pay out yall have just told me I should collect for the win. This only gets the same thing repeated telling me the rules and the amount that should be won. Even when I bring it up with the vip support they come back repeating the same. Their manager as well. I was about to lose it until I realised this jsut them messing with me I purposefully so ill get mad and give up. So they think. First off they will restrict your account for no reason and take forever to respond. Customer Service is the absolute worst they dont actually do anything to assist or serve you. They literally will either close a ticket without a response or send you some canned pre written reply that has nothing to do with your concern. Then they charged my account 800 dollars i used a bank account soley for games and if i try to overdraft it i cant it will decline. I woke up one day and was at -800 and it couldnt have been me i look at it was myprize 4 charges for 200 a piece. They blamed me and said it processed on their end yeah no sh*t it processed you charged my account. They tried to do it AGAIN last week and it was declined. My rakeback is 4% back and i get literally nothing for losses they cancelled my VIP track for NO reason. i spent 22k in the last month how is that not VIP? So they took away my monthly and weekly bonuses i was on fast track and showed them VIP from other casinos and it was supposed to be active. • Myprize made me pay a $20 license fee and then allowed me to gamble but then locked my account for further review once I added more money on it. It had been over two weeks and they still have not unlocked my account. They are just holding my account hostage. I can’t even use the chat to place my complaint.
