Withdrawal process was the worst ever!!!

Had to jump through hoops to prove my identity (which is good) but when you have to resubmit a picture of your bank statement several times before they accept it is ridiculous. Oh it didnt stop there they after a week they wanted a picture of my bank card which again i had to resubmit several times as they wanted to see specific numbers. I self excluded too during this process because id had enough but during this time my withdrawal was still not processed. After at least fifteen emails back and forth (some were completely unanswered) they advised my withdrawal had not been processed still and before they did they wanted to know why are you self excluding and for how long??? As you can imagine by now im furious. After finally getting through on a live chat the assistant said i would need to log in and resubmit my withdrawal. I couldnt because i was self excluded and blocked! My account was reinstated and i finally got my withdrawal....oh and during the refund process i lost 5% of my money due to unforeseen fees!
