• Helloim writing this review with mixed emotions. Very sad and angry. I deposited 200€ and 75€ on my account there i played some casino and normal bets. Suddenly they limit me to minimum 5 bets per ticket then i ask for withdraw. They dont have skrill option which i dont get if deposited via Skrill. I ask them on chat they say withdraw with other options i withdraw then via crypto 309€. After 2 days of waiting they deduct 24913 from my account and leave me 60. I got email that i breach terms 91012 and they dont provide any proof of that. I asked them via live chat and they just say the same. Breach of T&C. No explanation no evidence.And i swear i didnt do anything wrong i played from my pc tablet and phone.

• Placed a bet that Benfica would have the most bookings vs Chelsea Chelsea received x4 yellow cards with Pedro receiving x2 of them and Benfica received x5 yet they say it lost. Just for reference they only class a red as x2 yellows and not more so Chelsea only had x4 in total. Whatever data they claim to use is wrong as every single website shows the correct stats including the uefa website. Considering it’s a uefa competition you’d think they know.

• opened an account with mystake deposited money and requested to withdraw. Without warning my account was suddenly blocked on 30/09/25 and I was given no clear reason or explanation.I contacted support and asked for clarification but so far I have not received a satisfactory response. My funds are still locked and I have been left in the dark about why my account was restricted.It is extremely frustrating to be treated this way especially when operators are required to be transparent with customers. I will be escalating my complaint to their ADR provider and reporting the matter to the Gambling Commission.I would strongly advise others to be cautious before depositing money with this company.
