• Its unfair that Mystake doesnt understand or empathize with its customers. I sent my verification video in Spanish because I speak Spanish. They sent me a message telling me to write and speak English in the video and when I didnt send it they closed my account. This behavior should be reported.

• This site is a joke. Once you start winning consistently with a high hit rate (I was at around 70%) on the sports book they limit your account (the exact words were Permanent restriction).I had no ample reasoning why this was done except I was flagged by their system essentially trying to imply I was cheating. Bear in mind this happened after two days of consistent winning. So basically stay away if you are good at sports betting they will make it hell to withdraw the money. Also extremely scummy withdrawal times that make you want to cancel the withdrawal and use the money. Also scummy through the fact that the minimum deposit is like £8 and you have to multiply it by 6 (around £50) to withdraw also trapping people. Just avoid this crappy site Im lucky I made it out with my money. Bear in mind this has happened in a span of like only opening an account on the site a week ago lmfao.

• Been using MyStake for a long time and should have stopped as soon as they started to create issues. Withdrawals and deposit never seem straight forward and always seems to be an issue… I waited 3 days for a deposit when doing it by bank transfer. Withdrawals take a while and they seem to ask you to verify your bank cards monthly which seems very odd. Customer service follow a script and won’t go off it so very useless with every issue. Games are slow or they discount every few minutes so un enjoyable. Cash out on sports bets are never available and when they do it’s always very low.

It’s now months later and I still have no idea why or when this will be resolved.
