Extremely Disappointing Experience — £100 Deposit Missing for Over a Week

• I made a £100 deposit on October 25 2025 but the funds have never arrived in my MyStake account. It has now been over a week and customer support has been completely unhelpful.Every time I reach out I receive the same copy-paste response claiming that the issue is “under investigation.” On October 28 I followed their instructions and submitted all the required transaction details and screenshots but even after more than three business days there has been no progress or meaningful update.Today when I contacted support again the agent closed the chat window abruptly without any explanation. I have screenshots as evidence of this unprofessional behavior.I am extremely disappointed with how this issue has been handled. This review serves as a record of the ongoing problem and I sincerely hope MyStake resolves it soon. Otherwise I will consider escalating this case further through formal complaint channels.

No Response on Live Chat After Serious Responsible Gambling Failure

• I emailed MyStake on 08/08/25 asking to self-exclude following their own process. They never acted on my request and I was still able to deposit and lose money after that.I’ve tried to contact them through live chat multiple times about this serious issue but no one responds or takes responsibility. It’s unacceptable for a betting company to ignore responsible gambling requests and then go silent when you try to get help.This has caused me serious stress and financial harm. Their customer service and responsible gambling standards are extremely poor — I’d strongly advise others to stay away.

• New customer lost with first bet had cashback won a bit on the casino. Withdrew to bank account but had to provide a bill for verification. That was passed fairly straight forward now team emailed asking for card pictures I have sent those but still it’s not been processed. Tried chasing up but no response on live chat. Mystake withdraw process.

• I was worried about using this site to begin with as it isn’t a UK site and I have been scammed off others before but I gave it a go - I was quite happy with the site games are good & easy to navigate. The only issue for me is they are now asking for further kyc checks to withdraw a larger amount but I have already withdrawn a lower amount through Sepa in the past with no issues. I will update my review to 5 stars upon receiving my winnings. Update - I got my winnings the day after the kyc check good service.

• So far I have won a little bit from a crypto deposit. 35 dollars to be exact and I have uploaded documents three times and still my identity verification is not approved or even been received apparently. I will change my review if I am able to get this issue straightened out and am able to withdrawal my little change.
