They are smart
- I was stopped in a winkelcentrum by Lotto and they said I could win a prize. Then the prize I got was that I could get 2 tickets for 3 euros. I chose the numbers and they got my information. After that I was going to pay and they said they would take away from my bank account next month. I later saw on my email they would take away from me 18 euros every month. I had to make an account and cancel my abbonement. I called to ask if they still will take away from me these 18 euros since it says on the email that will only end at 2th of november. They said if I cancelled today I will not be charged but lets see if they keep their promise this time.....

- What a terrible company!What a horrible customer service!I went to buy a ticket online and the website tricked me to make a subscription for a whole year.I called the customer service immediately to cancelThe customer service is horrible more than 14 people in front of me to be helped. What kind of customer service is that?The lady confirmed me that the subscription was canceled.Some days later I got charged directly in my bank account.I sent the charge back and then I got an email asking me to pay the debit.I just made a call to your customer service (again had to wait to be helped) but the employers told me it could not be canceled because the debit I had already played which was not true and I had asked to cancel everything and it was confirmed that everything was solved.I was not able to talk to a supervisor there is no chat on their website had to use my personal facebook - which no one has ever replied. What a shame!

- After getting phone calls every single day for about 3 weeks i finally picked it up. I was informed that all the information about a sale will get on my email adres. I was promised that no money will be taken from my account as well as a fact that im not participating in any abonament.All lies.
