- Strange little tinpot bookie. Signed up yesterday and stuck a ÂŁ20 bet on Barcelona to beat Inter in the UCL semi finals. Bet unfortunately lost. Received an email just now telling me Your NRG betting account will no longer qualify for promotional benefits on Sportsbook and Casino. So in effect telling me they dont want me as a customer. Ive never even attempted to use a promotion just placed a standard bet. WTF is that all about? Every time I try out a smaller bookmaker Im reminded of why its so much better to stick with the bigger more established names in online betting.

- I have sent multiple emails and literally no replyâs. I am owed a lot of money and no withdrawal option given so itâs just sitting in my account !!! I feel itâs a ploy for me to carry on playing but I wonât now as a matter of principle before I am paid out!!! How you canât withdraw fund is crazy literally madness. - I gave 5 stars because NRG was straight forward I deposited some money ( 500ÂŁ all together ) but I was lucky enough to win a nice sum ( 1600 ÂŁ wins so 1100ÂŁ profit within a couple of days) I have requested withdrawals and every time money was in my account in 1 hour . No hustle no problems . Fair is fair they kept they side of the deal. Thank you NRG and hope You gonna get more positive feedback . I had accounts with âmajor â betting sites but have closed them as they were robbing me blind ( because they are advertising more on Tv it doesnât mean they are better ) Just one thing to the customers reading my review please gamble responsibly and know when to have a time out if you not winning! . - I use bank transfer to withdraw and to deposit money deposited ÂŁ6 itâs gone from my bank account but not showing up in my account look into transactions and it says failed but my deposit is no where to be seen on either bank or casino!!
