• Good site easy layout and good game play. Won a fair amount after £30 deposit withdrew at 3.41am its says it can take upto 3-5 days to reach bank account but after reading reviews some people say its usually before so I will update with the time I receive my withdrawal. So far Im pleased with the site and have had a good experience.Update 5.14am My account has been suspended due to me apparently entering an incorrect password but I used the same password my phone has saved that I logged in with multiple times this morning. I have reached out to customer services as I have a withdrawal of £1300 pending. There is no live chat or contact number and the social media reviews arent great I must admit Im holding out hope that it gets seen to or atleast my withdrawals still processed. 7.50am my account was unsuspended and all working again 8.56 withdrawal entered my bank account.I was very impressed with how fast my account was seen to after being suspended due to incorrect password also withdrawal took less than 24 hours when it says upto 3-5 days which you cant complain at. Fast great customer service and a good site with great winnings.

• Everything is fine (like withdraw in one day verification process very fast to get it done) but the most important thing is worse for every gambler! I have placed betting at £376 for a football match winner @ odd 1.66 the total return showed on the screen was £626.67 in total finally I won but only received £379.76 luckily I have captured the screenshot and talked to the CS there and tried to negotiate with them however they adjusted the return from £379.76 to £406.08… of course I want my money (£626.67) back and now I tried to negotiate with them again…what I want to say is I have gambled in all of the online sport gambling site but never suffered this kind of stuff as a gambler! • No issues at all. Only deposited £4 won and withdrew £20. Was in my bank within the hour. • Scam company.I signed up to their website as I saw a Facebook advert for 100 Free Spins upon depositing £25. I had to email them in order to credit the spins as they denied that the offer was valid. Upon them crediting the spins I attempted to withdraw my winnings (approx. £70). The withdrawal went through all money left my NRG account but no money arrived in my bank. A week later I email them and they say I did not meet the wagering requirements even though about £40 of the £70 was my initial deposit + winnings from that (not from the free spins). I informed them of this and asked them to release the funds back into my NRG account so I could wager the required amount.I heard nothing back until I sent another email whereby they suspended my account and have had no response from them since. It’s now ten past midnight & it hasn’t even been processed.
